This accommodation is located in Santa Margarita's Urbanization, just 5 min by car from the Centre of Roses. It has a capacity for 8 people and is characterized by his modern decor. The beach of fine sand and one of the most crystalline waters of all the Girona Coast is located 150 meters from the apartment, where you can practice water sports. Nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can taste the best seafood of the Roses Bay. Ideal to enjoy in family or with friends of the multiple opportunities that offers la Costa Brava.

CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining,  sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day.
