Part of an ancient 19th century villa completely renovated this year of 110sqm, two bathrooms, one independent the other private in the largest double bedroom, 3 bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds for a total of 6 beds. Equipped with kitchen with hob, fridge, dishwasher.
A private terrace where you can dine at sunset and a very large garden where you can play and relax watching the sea which is 5 minutes from the apartment.
The parking is under the property and is free, for those who do not have a car, the bus stop is located in front of the house.
10 minutes from the city center, near places of cultural interest such as the victory lighthouse, Miramare castle and the sanctuary of Monte Grisa.
there is an organic food shop in the structure itself.

Excellent property, comfortable, spacious and incredibly well stocked.Bus stop to Trieste seconds from the front door and an easy walk to the coast too.We didn't have a car but the parking was directly in front of the building.

Terrific apartment /Amazing location

We had the perfect spot to park our rental car for day trips and the bus was just steps from the front door. Lots of space & privacy plus all the amenities needed for a weeks stay!

Simply fabulous

Stephania and family were incredibly helpful, very communicative and made us all feel at home. The home is terrific, comfortable beds, fabulous view, greatly equipped kitchen, super bathrooms and a little store right in the building. The location is great- easy bus service to and from downtown. The patio is simply wonderful. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Great hospitality - every morning breakfast is brought to you fresh foccacia, croissants and fruit. The refrigerator is stocked with eggs, yougurt etc replenished with fruit and drinks every day. A comfortable terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea. Thank you for your hospitality Stephania.

It was a very nice appartment, decorated very cosy an original...you felt immediately 'at home'. The hosts are very kind with a great hospitality. The refrigerator was filled with tasty food. Thank you very much! The terrace was wonderful with an amazing view on the bay of Trieste. We enjoyed also the use of the grill in the garden. The environment is also fantastic.

A GEM of a rental

The owner was not available when we arrived. Her father greeted our party and showed us around the apartment. He was so wonderful and helpful. The apartment is decorated with a quirky individuality. Very welcoming with surprises around every corner. We even had a visit from Arkie the cat. She walked in and made herself at home doing a rainstorm. I could go on and on, but this place was just truly wonderful.

Tolle Wohnung in einer tollen Stadt

Wir waren Mitte Juni zu viert für eineinhalb Wochen in Triest. Von der Terrasse, von Wohnzimmer/Küche und zwei Zimmern hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über Barcola und das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll mit vielen schönen Detailseingerichtet und war in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Die Lage des Hauses ist für viele Aktivitäten sehr günstig, Man kann zu Fuß direkt gegenüber über Treppen und kleine, kaum befahrene Wohnstraßen in ca. 10-15min eine Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Eisdiele, Alimentari, Tabachi, den Hafen von Barcola und den Lungomare erreichen.Dabei ist allerdings ein Höhenunterschied von vielleicht 100m zu überwinden.Ins Zentrum von Triest kann man am besten mit dem Bus fahren, Haltestelle auch direkt gegenüber vom Haus. Durch die Lage der Wohnung im 2. Stock und der Terrasse ist man von der Straße (abends und nachts fast kein Verkehr) so weit entfernt, dass wir den (meist geringen) Verkehr nicht störend fanden, in den heißen Mittagsstunden war es sehr angenehm auf der Terrasse, tolle Stimmung, wenn die Bora in den Bäumen rauscht. Hinter dem Haus beginnt den Hang nach oben lichter Wald.Unternehmungen, die uns sehr gut gefallen haben: oft in die Altstadt von Triest, Miramare (mit Schiff, zurück zu Fuß), Rilke-Weg (nach Sistiana mit Schiff, zurück mit Bus), Napoleonweg und Monte Grisa (hin nach Opicina mit Bus/Straßenbahn, zurück von Prosecco mit Bus), Wanderung ins Val Rosandra (Anfahrt mit Auro), Ljubljana (mit Auto), Venedig (mit Zug, Mo-Do ohne Eintritt).

Wundervolle Woche in Triest

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene mit zwei Kindern. Die Kinder haben sich ein Zimmer geteilt und waren super happy über die Schaukel im Garten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Ein Highlight bei dem heisern Wetter war die Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Wohnung, um Triest und Umland zu erkunden

Absolut liebevoll und detailreich ausgestattete Wohnung in super Lage zu Triest und unglaublichem Blick auf die Adria. Der Vater der Vermieterin empfing uns sehr herzlich und wir hätten uns gewünscht, etwas besser Italienisch zu sprechen. Stefania war per WhatsApp gut erreichbar und sehr hilfreich. Die Straße ist werktags etwas laut, die Fenster sind aber dicht und die Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus atemberaubend. Dringende Empfehlung für einen Triest-Aufenthalt!

Zum Wohlfühlen!

Die großzügige Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und detailreich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Badezimmer bieten großen Komfort und haben Tageslicht. In allen Zimmern befinden sich Klimaanlagen. Glanzpunkt der Wohnung ist das große Wohn- und Esszimmer mit hervorragend ausgestattetem Küchenbereich und phantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer. Eine große Terrasse und der daran anschließende Garten stehen zusätzlich zur Verfügung. Das Haus, in dem sich auch ein Bioladen befindet, liegt an einer relativ befahrenen Strasse. Wegen der bestens isolierten Fenster hat uns das aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Es gibt direkt vor dem Haus häufige Busverbindungen, die wir jedoch nicht benutzt haben. Mit dem Auto sind das Zentrum von Triest, verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele wie das Schloss Miramare oder der Karst problemlos und schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter, die im Haus wohnen, waren überaus nett und unkompliziert. Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts wurden uns einige Lebensmittel bereit gestellt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Ferienwohnung zu 100 Prozent empfehlen.
