The Yellow House is a spectacular villa on Lake Maggiore. With its beautiful terrace overlooking the lake, it is the ideal base for a holiday to discover the immense natural and cultural heritage of the area. Situated in Oggebbio, in the immediate vicinity of the lake, a few kilometers from Verbania and the Swiss border, the Yellow House is a strategic starting point for many trips and excursions.

Renovated villa of the early twentieth century, the Yellow House consists of 4 large bedrooms (3 double and 1 with three single beds, for a total of 9 beds), all overlooking the lake. Also it has 4 bathrooms, dining room with kitchenette and living room, as well as one of the most beautiful terraces in the area, large and sunny, with covered dining table and barbecue, ideal for lunches and dinners in the company, at the sight priceless of the lake. Guests have, finally, there are: central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, satellite TV and parking.

This was our first stop on an 18-day trip with our 3 children (ages 15, 17 and 21) and it could not have been more perfect. This is a very unique, beautiful property and our hostess, Giulia, was incredibly kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again someday.

Sehr schöne ältere Villa mit Patina und Charme, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß, die Bäder auch geräumig und die Terrasse ist einfach fantastisch mit wunderbarem Seeblick. Leichte Schwächen bei der Inneneinrichtung haben uns nicht groß gestört.

Ein Bijou in Traumlage

Alles wie beschrieben und atemberaubende Sicht auf den See. Absolut aussergewöhnlich und komfortabel, dass jedes riesige Zimmer auch noch ein grosses ensuite Bad hat. Sehr gute Fenster und daher sehr ruhig. In 5 Min am See, 2 sehr gute Restaurants.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist traumhaft! Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Grill, Schatten spendendem Baum und überdachter Sitzecke! Check-in war total unkompliziert! Zu jedem Zimmer gab es ein dazugehöriges Bad! Betten sehr bequem, in der Küche ist genug Geschirr, Gläser usw vorhanden ! Es ist eine alte Villa mit viel Charme, da sieht man gerne mal über Kleinigkeiten hinweg! Preis-Leistung stimmt auch!

Charmante Villa mit toller Terrasse und super Aussicht.

Kommunikation mit Guilia war sehr unkompliziert. Self check in/ check out hat problemlos funktioniert. Villa ist durch idyllischen Aufgang zu erreichen. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See ist sensationell. Gerne wieder! Tipp für Nachmieter, die gerne Wein trinken: Gläser mitbringen. Küchenausstattung ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, an Gläsern fehlt es allerdings. Weingläser waren gar nicht vorhanden. Alles andere wirklich toll!

Wunderschöne Villa mit großer Terrasse! Der Blick auf den See ist phantastisch. Das Haus funktional und schön eingerichtet, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Giulia war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cute house with a stunning view

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It had enough space for us all (9people)and we loved the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is small but well equipped (ecxecpt of wine glasses....).We enjoyed to barbecue on the terrace and the amazing view. Our contact with Giulia was perfect.

Super freundliche und offene Gastgeberin, saubere und gut sortierte Küche. Schöne Schlafzimmer und Bäder und klasse Terasse mit geschütztem Esstisch/Grill und natürlich einem grandiosen Ausblick! Super praktisch war auch der Trinkwasseranschluss im Felsen!

Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge oder einfach nur auf der Terasse entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die Neueste, aber bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten (undichte Duschbrause und hakende Toilettenspülung) funktionierte alles ohne Probleme. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung angemessen. Kann man beruhigt weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem schönen Haus. Es hat eine sehr eindrucksvolle Terrasse, die ist einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den See ermöglicht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was es für einen Urlaub braucht. Giulia war unglaublich hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war schnell, einfach und reibungslos. Wir können das Haus definitiv empfehlen!

Tolle italienische Villa über dem See

Unser Aufenthalt in den Herbstferien 2017 war sehr gut. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und auch Giada, die sich um die Abwicklung vor Ort kümmert ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Villa bietet eine traumhafte Lage über dem See. Man kann zu Fuss an den See laufen und es ist ein sehr schöner angelegter Badebereich dort. Zum Einkaufen sind es nur 700m in den netten Ortskern und man bekommt alle wichtigen Lebensmittel. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder für einen Urlaub an den Lago Maggiore. Vielen Dank.

Une des plus belles vues du Lac Majeur. Des chambres avec salle de bains individuelle qui permettent à chacun d'etre indépendants. Un abri pour diner ou petit déjeuner face à la plus belle vue du Lac Un petit point négatif:l'électricité trop vieille et bricolée((cdafetière)et mode d'emploi en allemand pour la machine à laver. Cependant notre séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires

Accueil chaleureux, belle maison avec une grande terrasse donnant sur le lac. Les chambres sont très grandes avec chacune sa salle de bain. Linge de lit et serviettes de toilette fournis gratuitement. Très belle région, à découvrir. Nous conservons l'adresse pour y retourner. Merci encore
