Completely renovated apartment, facing south, apartment (6 Pers - 30 m2 + Terrace: 6 m2) located in a quiet, family residence at the foot of the slopes. You can enjoy the largest ski area in the world (650 km of piste).
The residence is located in the "Preyerand" district.

Perfect property in a perfect location

This property is situated in a perfect location to access Les Menuires and the 3 Valleys ski resorts. Les Menuires is a great for beginners, intermediates and off piste with a lovely family feel. This property is just about ski in/ski out depending on the snow coverage. We had six in our family and it was plenty big enough. Olivier always replied to any of my questions via e-mail within the hour. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Olivier & family for letting us stay here :)

appartement confortable et chaleureux

L'appartement est largement suffisant pour 4 personnes, il est aménagé avec goût et est accueillant. L'accès aux pistes se fait par un petit sentier... il faut marcher quelques minutes mais cela permet de s'échauffer un peu ;-). L'accès au centre des Menuires (Croisette) est facile : quelques minutes de marche pour rejoindre les "oeufs" qui rejoignent très rapidement le centre (une belle galerie commerçante ;-). Un bon resto au pied de l'appartement (les marmottes), avec une fondue au fromage qui vaut le détour...

We have 3 children, we love travel with family. We also like to practice outdoor activities (Skiing, Hiking, white water sport). In our spare time, we take pleasure to renove. During our holidays, we enjoy meet new people.

Why they chose this property

We like to enjoy this flat because we love to ski to "Les Menuires" and on the whole domain of the 3 valleys. I come to this residence since 1992 and recently we have an opportunity to invest. Now, we want to make it to our guests.
