We love the beach and like to vacation here in SoCal.
We purchased at this resort, Grand Pacific Palisades, and wanted to be sure to be able to stay here every year in the summer.
We like to stay in a well appointed place large enough for our entire family.
A few times in the last 19 years did we vacation somewhere else, so we decided to rent out our unit. This is the case this year.

Why they chose this property
We bought at this resort because we fell in love with it. It is the perfect location. Easy access from San Diego/Orange county airports, easy freeway access. Legoland within walking distance. Outlet shops and Costco within walking distance.
We wanted to be able to come and stay by the beach every summer and not have to worry about anything. This resort is perfectly located with beautiful views of the ocean.
The resort is always being updated, the room decor changes always for the better.
After coming here almost every year for 19 years it is our home away from home.
