Rent the ground floor of the chalet for the winter season, no weekends.

Apartment on the ground floor of the chalet located opposite the Chalmettes chair lift and the Spa Durancia spa center.
Large, bright room with three double windows and kitchen.
In the hall: two sofas (one of which is a double-bed 152x190 cm and the other a square) and a table made by a craftsman, extendable. Even the kitchen, equipped, has been realized by an Italian craftsman.
Bedroom with wardrobe and single bed (140x190 cm), in addition to a built-in wardrobe.
In a small hall there is a ski rack made of wood.
Tot. About 45 square meters.
In addition to the spaces indicated above, the BOILER ZONE is also available for the storage of ski boots and clothing.

La casa perfetta
L'immobile di Paola si trova in posizione strategica, di fronte alla partenza dell'impianto Les Chalmettes e alla spa Durancia e in 2 minuti si arriva in paese.La casa ha una vista magnifica, l'immobile è più che in ordine, caldo, fornito di tutto quello che può servire per il miglior soggiorno e - non scontato - bagno moderno e "all'italiana".Paola è un host estremamente gentile e disponibile.Soggiorno assolutamente consigliato.

Chalet en rez de chaussée à 50 m des pistes.
Appartement ancien propre au rez de chaussée d'un chalet à 50m des pistes. Très bonne situation avec un logement agréable. Néanmoins le logement mérite d'être modernisé (équipement cuisine, SdB, mobilier). La chaudière au fuel dans une pièce à côté est bruyante et odorante.
