Stunning property

Great house, quiet location. Very clean and well equipped. Air conditioning was ice cold in the 40degree heat. Only comment would be regarding the recycling, some guidance on what bins to use would be useful. Thank you!

Phantastische Finca

Zuerst möchten wir uns bei dem sehr netten Eigentümer bedanken. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hegt und pflegt die Finca, den Pool und die Gartenlandschaft. Die Finca hat eine gute Raumaufteilung und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man hat einen tollen Blick von der Terrasse auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge. Das Inserat mit den Fotos entspricht vollständig der Realität. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief reibungslos. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein erholsamer Kurzaufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus sowie der gesamte Außenbereich sind sehr gut gelungen. Mittlerweile existiert sogar eine Doppelgarage, was das Losfahren mit angenehmen Autoinnentemperaturen garantiert. Nachts kann man bei der Stille wunderbar schlafen, nur die Qualität der Kissen ist - wie eigentlich in jedem Ferienhaus - noch steigerungsfähig. Ein defekter Fön wurde umgehend durch einen neuen ersetzt. Eine Sache wäre auf jeden Fall verbesserungswürdig, und zwar das Vorhandensein von Auflagen für die Plastikliegen und natürlich benötigt man am Pool auch eine Schattenzone, da die mallorquinische Sonne selbst im September noch so einiges an Hitze zu bieten hat!

Hemos estado comodos, agusto. Una estancia adecuada para adultos niños... con todo tipo de comodidades. Los propietarios mantienen esta casa de obra nueva de hace pocos años impecable. Cuidando al máximo todos los detalles y con una limpieza impecable!!!!
