Studio with sea view balcony, very bright and quiet!
o Area: 26 m²
o Accommodation: Comfortable studio, refurbished in June 2016. For two people + possibility of a cot. Entrance and living room with sofa bed, bar, fully equipped open kitchen and terrace with high bar table and lounge chair.
o Bathroom: 1 bath and 1 WC. Hair dryer available
o Equipment: oven, dishes and utensils for cooking, cutlery, glasses, kettle, vacuum cleaner, bistro table with chairs, coffee machine, CD player, radio, TV.
o Remember to take your sheets, pillowcases and towels. A duvet and blankets are available.

Les propriétaires sont très agréables, très accueillant, terrasse vue mer et couchers de soleil magnifique, calme et reposant. La salle de bain super. Le couchage un peut petit (140) et manque wifi un peut dommage. Sinon superbe vacances très belles balades et beau environnement merci pour ce séjour . Fab∋co

Vacances en normandie

appartement très propre et bien placé. On peut aller à la plage et au centre ville à pied ce qui est très pratique car le stationnement est payant en ville . Trouville est une petite ville très charmante . Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable Le propriétaire est très sympathique et toujours disponible si besoin un micro onde et un petit lave vaisselle serait un plus

The views are amazing ,but....

The experience was okay. The views were beautiful. The place was quiet. Although we were told that you needed to bring your own bath towels that wasn't easy to do. We are traveling from outside of the country and it took us 2 days to be able to buy a towel to share. Same goes for the sheets. Since the guests are also responsible for cleaning, the place was less than clean. It wouldn't take much to make this 5 star. We are not fancy people but we have more amenities in our camper. Also the toilet leaks so we had to keep turning the water on and off to keep from listening to it all night. Again so easy to make this a great experience for people.

Très agréable

Nous avons passé un moment charmant dans ce petit studio. Il est situé dans une résidence très arborée à proximité du centre de Trouville. L'espace à vivre est agréable et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Quant à la terrasse, elle offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. Son exposition sud-ouest permet de profiter du soleil tout l'après-midi jusqu'à la fin de journée. De surcroît, Pascal est un hôte très sympathique, chaleureux et réactif qui a rendu notre séjour simple et serein.

Un passage à la nouvelle année vivifiant avec une superbe vue sur la mer.

Un très beau séjour dans un studio parfait pour 2 personnes , bien équipé et très bien situé au calme et avec une superbe vue conforme aux photos. Parfait accueil et très sympathiques conseils du propriétaire Pascal.nous avons pu pleinement profiter de Trouville et des plaisirs de la mer (Et de ses fruits !) sans utiliser notre voiture pendant 3 jours (Il faut quand même mériter le retour au studio avec quelques escaliers et marches bien pentus :)

Perfect week in Trouville

Very nice, sweet appartment with sea view. You can walk to the heart of the village in 5 minutes, and also to the beach. The landlords are very kind. We came from Germany to spent some days at the beach and we were not disappointed! Thank you!

Merci à Pascal pour sa réactivité, sa confiance et sa gentillesse. Un petit studio parfait pour un WE bien reposant. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement. Ouvrez les rideaux et une vue bien conforme à la photo s'offre à vous. Et que c'est beau de la voir changer aux couleurs du temps.

Un séjour complètement féérique

Magnifique studio, bien agencé, très bien équipé, trés propre et orienté Sud-Ouest (vous avez le soleil l’après-midi et vous pourrez profiter d’un beau coucher du soleil sur la mer). Un endroit alliant beauté de la forêt et celle de la mer. Vous pourrez apprécier le calme ( un voisinage en or), les magnifiques arbres de sa copropriété extrêmement bien entretenue tout en étant à 5 minutes de la belle plage de Trouville. S’agissant du propriétaire, il est très attentionné envers tous ses locataires, très gentil et serviable. En somme, c’est le propriétaire idéal pour des vacanciers. Nous avons adoré cette location et l'avons quitté à contrecœur. Je le recommande vivement !!! et pour ma part c'est là ou je passerai tous mes futurs séjours à Trouville :) .

Nous avons adoré cette location , appartement très propre , literie très confortable ,cuisine très bien équipé , tres belle vue sur la mer avec terrasse , résidence très calme et espace vert très soigné , et place de parking privatisé .Je recommande cette location ....
