2 large south-facing balconies with stunning views over the Morzine valley and mountains

It is composed as follows:
    * Parental LARGE ROOM with a large queen size 160x200 wardrobe and convenient storage with balcony access through French windows, mountain views
    * SECOND BEDROOM with bunk beds 2 beds, wardrobe, balcony access window, mountain view
   * LIVING ROOM / STAY with balcony overlooking Morzine with two comfortable sofas for up to 3 beds (slatted), tv, wifi secure, safe.
* KITCHEN fitted well equipped: large dishwasher and refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker kettle, conviviality assured thanks to the hatch opened on the MEAL SPACE
    * BATHROOM, bath / shower
    * Separate WC with washbasin
    * ENTRY cupboard and cloakroom storage
A deposit of 800 euros will be requested upon your arrival (check or CB impression)


A ski room on the ground floor for your ski departures and arrivals
Concierge on site, house and sheets included.

Almost a week, without heating

Unfortunately we are negative about this apartment. On arrival, no heating in the living room, 2 lamps broken and hardly any hot water in the kitchen. After contacting several times, the heating worked for 1 day. Finally on Friday a new heating. No excuse, no compensation. When I rent an apartment, totally weird that I have to pay the full amount and had to accept a cold living room, for almost a week.

Be very careful when booking this tired apartment that is in desperate need of refurbishment. We stayed here as a family of 4 February 2026. There is damp to the wall near the entrance door. Check if still there when you arrive....we have been unfairly charged after leaving with the owner claiming it was damage from a ski boot....it is clearly damp/water ingress to the wall with paint flaking away. We did lose a key and have been charged 125 euro for a replacement....totally unreasonable. Be careful when you sit on the furniture, it may collapse as it's that old. Do what we didn't do.....photograph everything on arrival as they will try to scam you when you leave claiming inherent defects are damage......you've been warned.

magnifique vue

Appartement a la décoration un peu vieillotte mais très bien équipée. Une vue exceptionnelle de toutes les fenêtres, un vrai régal. Emplacement idéal. Super conciergerie, réactive en ças de problème !
