Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo beautiful ocean front unit at the beautiful and pristine Northwest Point Condominiums. The beauty of this resort is the tranquility and privacy you feel from the moment you arrive. It's well removed from the crowds of Grace Bay but only a short car ride to all the major attractions. The resort is situated on a fifteen acre tract of land located adjacent to the National Marine Park and Nature Preserve, a 15 minute drive from the Providenciales International Airport , grocery stores, and restaurants in Grace Bay. From the moment you arrive at Northwest Point Resort you can sense the feeling of seclusion. You will often be the only ones on the beach or at the pool. There is a great feeling of privacy but it's not for everyone. While you can be in the action and crowds at Grace Bay, Palmas Del Mar is for those who want to escape all the crowds and enjoy the beauty of the island. The beach in either direction is a great nature walk where there is little chance of seeing anyone else.

Palmas Del Mar is a one bedroom, one bath, second floor Ocean front corner unit. The unit is fully renovated with high end tiles floors throughout. Rich wood kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Two full bathrooms which is a rarity in a one bedroom unit! New washer and dryer and comfy king bed. A lovely glass top wooden table with seating for four in the dining room. All new Polywood furniture on the spacious balcony. Additional housekeeping is available on a per request basis at a reasonable rate. Northwest Point Resort is located at the end of Millenium Highway just past Blue Hills. A car is recommended as you need it to explore the entire island and the array of local attractions.

Perfect Place for Relaxation

What a wonderful week. Great location to get away from it all. Fully enjoyed the sunrises, long walks on the beach, pool and hot tub, kayaking and snorkeling. Thank you Hal for a wonderful birthday week. Just what we needed.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay here at the property. It is very well stocked with everything one may need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful balcony looks out into the ocean and gives a beautiful view of the sunrise. The pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. The manager was clear in his communications and graciously allowed us to check out later than the standard check out time as our flights had to be changed. One definitely needs a car to drive back and forth from the grace bay area as this is quite secluded. But that was a selling point for us, as we were looking to stay in a quiter area. All in all amazing place and we would love to be back here.

Private piece of paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at the condo! Reading prior reviews about it being remote was a selling feature to us, yes you need a car rental but in the long run for our family a rental is more economic than taxi rides. We enjoyed seeing all of the island but especially loved returning to the quietness of this resort. Nothing beats sipping a mai tai from the bar/restaurant under the umbrella on the beach and taking in the views. Our first day there we saw several turtles and a sting ray and fish steps from our room! The condo was comfortable and just as described. We also enjoyed most meals oceanside from our balcony which was such a bonus! The landscaping of the property is also incredible. A definite must!

Secluded

First, we very much enjoyed our stay. For clarity and expectations even after reading reviews, the unpaved road to the resort is much bumpier than expected. There is nothing from the last paved road to the resort, so a flat tire or any trouble would be unsettling, especially at night as it is very dark. An SUV is ideal. Our “midsize” rental was not equipped for the road. It is 30 minutes from anything “in town”. No less than 25 to the IGA. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Pool area is nice. Landscape is beautiful and well groomed. Beach is not very powdery and there was a lot of seaweed on the beach, not in the water, but you can walk forever and it is very private. The view from the balcony is lovely!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

My husband and I stayed for a week and it was amazing! We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning and enjoying the view and ocean breeze. The property, pool, hot tub, beach access was all wonderful! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed waking up everyday to a beautiful view of the beach right from our room. We enjoyed swimming at the beach an in the pool, would defentily book again.

Amazing View

We could've stayed on the balcony for days. Beautiful bright condo, incredible views, great layout, large bedroom and bathroom. The grounds were beautiful! The beach was amazing. Loved having the restaurant open for a couple of days. Hals customer service is great! He always gets back to you quickly and the check in instructions were so helpful with great tips to help us during our stay.

Relaxation destination

Gorgeous views from the balcony, bedroom and living room. Everything worked as it should, clean condo, comfortably furnished as a beach escape, super easy interaction with host. Beach was soft sand and clean, found some great shells! Very nice pool/ hot tub, few other people around the resort. Felt private and safe! Would absolutely book again!

Clean, comfortable, quiet and remote

My wife and I went away to Turks and Cacois for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed every moment with the Island and with the locals. The beaches were beautiful and we enjoyed walking many miles. North West Resort was everything we were looking for, away from the hustle, quiet and remote. Hal's unit was clean, comfortable, has all amenities needed with a great view from the balcony. Truly a great time - we both look forward to returning.

Remote Retreat

Northwest Point Resort is a lovely contained retreat spot, as long as you are prepared to be at quite a distance from everything else. We found the unit to be just what we needed, complete with lovely ocean breezes. Be prepared to plan for and/or pack in food/supplies. The pool is lovely and the beach setting too - a great spot to watch the kite surfers or walk and collect coral and shells. Hal left great information and suggestions for restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. Super helpful. Enjoy!

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable

Beautiful unit in a remarkable setting. Extremely comfortable with everything we needed. We cooked at least one meal every day in the well-appointed kitchen. We also enjoyed the onsite kayaks and the pool. Great communication with host. A bit remote, but we knew that when we reserved it. We were able to get anywhere on Providenciales within 30 minutes (rental car a necessity). As such, it makes a great home base. Especially for those who want a beach to themselves most of the time.

A week in paradise

This was a great place to stay. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay, but close enough to get there in 30 min. There is so much to do in Provo. We were there for a week and did not make it to all the beaches. Hal is great! He answered all my questions right away and made sure we knew where to get tested to come back to the US. He is definitely a five star host! His place was perfect. Clean and modern everything you could need. He had a cooler and chairs for us to use too. Thank you so much for such wonderful accommodations!

Secluded Paradise

We had an amazing time. The view from the bed was breathtaking. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was what we expected and more. Every morning we took a walk to the point it was a great way to start the day. It was never crowded and many times felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves. We rented a car and visited every beach that Hal recommended then stopping at almost every place to eat. The island is amazing we got around with no problems at all. We enjoyed every moment of the beautiful water that pictures do no justice, blue hills road is the preferred rode we took every afternoon back to the condo so we could just look at the water for miles. I highly recommend this location it’s very relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Beautiful secluded beach pristine condo!

We loved our stay at NWPR in a Palma’s Del Mar. The condo was spotlessly clean, private and furnished with everything we needed. We met the owner Hal - he is so friendly! He gives excellent recommendations for ding out and tips for staying in. The pool is very clean and well maintained. We walked the beach and only saw a couple people. While there were a fair number of people at the resort it never felt crowded. Yes the road is gravel to the resort but it really was easy driving. We did not need a high clearance vehicle or 4wd. We look forward to staying at North West Point Resort in the future. We absolutely loved that it was not crowded and that it is located on the quiet end of the island. Thank you Hal!

Secluded, up to date unit, and a relaxing stay

If you are looking for seclusion, then this is your place! This is a 20 minute drive from the airport but it is the opposite direction of Grace Bay and the more developed area. It is accessible and easy to get to the tourist areas/grocery stores but it will be a 30 minute drive. Location - nice! Just be ready to drive and for dirt / gravel roads. It is amazing to have the entire northwest point of the island within view. It is undeveloped other than this two building complex which is amazing. Complex - up to date! A lot of parking, easy to find with directions, seems secure, staff was nice Unit - very nice! Granite countertops, appliances, big king bed, plenty of blankets, the sitting room is lovely, the balcony has amazing views of the ocean and northwest point area. The owner does a nice job with a fully stocked kitchen, had some extra condiments, provided some leftover sunscreen, towels, and even shampoo/soap items too. Washer/dryer in unit was nice to have. facilities - pool is great! Lots of chairs. Beach is wide with lots of pebble-like sand. It also has about 8 wooden umbrella structures for shade. It was competitive some mornings to get a chair by 8am but other days there was no issue. There are kayaks and a paddle board available too. The beach is super long as you have the entire northwest point of the island so everyone spreads out throughout the day. The only negative to the beach is it is not as pretty as Grace Bay or Long Bay beaches - these beaches are turquoise water + powder white sand and no sea grass anywhere. The property's beach had huge mounds of sea grass which made getting in the water unappealing and then the water itself was much darker. There is also a restaurant open for all three meals if you choose to stay on property. Wifi - high speed in the unit and then the broader property had some wifi too for outside. TV - so many channels! nice to have in the evening Overall, this is a nice secluded spot with an up to date unit and engaged owner. We would recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Hal's place. Unfortunately, the original property we had booked fell through (due to maintenance), a few weeks prior to our arrival at Turks and Caicos. Hal stepped in and saved the day! He was able to get us in, helped us navigate the change and it was great! The views were amazing. My favorite part was having coffee in the evening and wine at night and the balcony while watching the sunrise and beautiful ocean. The beach and ocean were stunning and just a few steps away. 90% of the time I was the only one out there. Almost every day, we were able to watch the kite surfers. Too fun!The condo itself was nice, clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked. We didn't lack anything.As others have said, the propery is REMOTE and the drive is quite bumpy. You will be about 30 mins from everything, but it is well worth it if you like quiet, uncrowded beaches and pools. The complex was gated with a security guard at night and I saw him patrolling the grounds often. I would choose this property again because we like the remoteness, the quiet and when we started using the beach front drive (instead of the highway) we enjoyed the drive.

Quiet beach location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. Views are amazing. We liked having 2 full bathrooms so we could each have our own. The unit smelled of mildew when we arrived but it quickly disappeared with the dehumidifier that was running. It did need to be emptied a few times a day. The pool is great. Food stand on property was only open a few hrs during the weekend with limited options. The beach area was never busy and we never saw more than 2 people at a time on the beach. The beach and water did have a lot of seaweed, more so than the other beaches we visited on the island, but it was still nice. There are several beaches to visit with the option to rent an umbrella and chairs and you can use resort restaurants and restrooms in Grace bay beaches. The long dirt road to condo is a bit bumpy and dusty so I definitely recommend renting a jeep or suv.

Spectacular View, nice condo, clean and comfortable. Resort was nice, restaurant a plus - great Pina Coladas!!! A little off the beaten path - but was expected per previous posts. Directions provided were point on, as I didn't have cell service the first day. Definitely recommend and would stay again.. Thank you!!

Perfect for us

Quick note - I would highly recommend getting at a minimum size SUV to drive to this property. The roads are terrible. I actually had of that entire had to have Hertz come out and fix the tire while we waited. OK onto the property.This is a high-end condominium property away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. This property allows for queen size bed, and a double pullout couch for a total of four if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped almost everything you need is at the property. The property has a perfect beachfront along with a resort style pool in between the two buildings. We were lucky enough to relax outside near the pool before our flight. They have a small kitchen restaurant and drinks bar on the property, which worked perfect for us. I would highly recommend this affordable property for small families.

Provo vacation

Beautiful property with fantastic views. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony. The beach is steps away. The pool is freshwater and most days there are very few people around. The location is very quiet and relaxing. We wanted to stay away from the crowds at grace bay and this place was perfect.

Beautiful unit with amazing views!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. Owner was great with any communications we needed. Excellent recommendations made for local restaurants, beaches, and things to do. The resort was very clean and great seating options for either enjoying the pool or ocean views. On site restaurant was a bonus. I would definitely recommend!

Very good place to get away

Very nice and immaculately kept resort and not too far out of the way. Gives excellent privacy and is just a short drive to the busier areas of the island. Hal was a great host. Very in touch with his customers should any issue arise. Zero complaints. Great vacation here.
