Apartment of 26m2 renovated, can accommodate 5 people, 1 separate bedroom sleeps 3. Located in the residence Le Laus, residence front of snow, center station, feet of the tracks.

The apartment is located in the residence Le Laus, residence located on the snowfront in the heart of the resort, close to the ski lifts, ski schools, nurseries.
It has a balcony, not overlooked, west orientation.
The apartment has been completely renovated. It is composed :
- Entrance with storage for ski boots, large closet (where is the vacuum cleaner)
- a shower room with toilet and heated towel rail
- a separate bedroom by sliding door allowing the sleeping of 3 people (a sofa BZ 140 cm 2 persons and a bed height 90 cm 1 person)
- a main room with kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob 2 burners, microwave oven, raclette, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster), dining room (2 benches and 1 chair), a living room (sofa BZ 140 cm 2 people), an armchair, a stool, coffee tables, flat screen TV).

The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows. The bed linen and towels are not provided, so you must provide the duvet covers, earplugs, fitted sheets, tea towels, sheets and bath mats (possible on site, contact me).

The ideal location of the apartment allows departure and return skis.

Travelers have access to the entire apartment and the ski locker.

Not being there, I remain reachable at all times.
A reliable person will give you the keys when you arrive, she will make with you the inventory of places of entry and exit.

Vehicles can not drive in the center of the station. However you will be able to drive to unload and load your vehicle. Paid covered parking is available as well as free outdoor parking.
The center of the village is pedestrian, it will be very pleasant to walk there and do all your shopping on foot.
The ski lifts and ski schools are in the immediate vicinity of the residence.
The resort of Risoul is a family resort labeled Family Plus. It has 2 daycares (depending on the age group) open all winter even outside school holidays.

For a drink after skiing: The Pub, very nice staff

For lunch in the sun on the snow front: The Owl, very good value for money, owners very friendly.

2 deposits must be given on arrival:
700 euros for the apartment returned to your departure if it has not suffered any damage or breakage.
100 euros for the returned household if the condition of the apartment is impeccable at your departure.

In the summer, electricity consumption will be billed at cost (€ 0.20 per kWh).

Upon arrival, you will find at your disposal basic products (toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar). Thank you for thinking of renewing them before your departure.

The tourist tax is 0,80 € per adult per night, payable locally.
