Luminous penthouse located at the well presented urbanization Las Fuentes de Nerja, next to Torrecilla Beach and only a few minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa and the old town of Nerja. The area is full of cafes and is a delightful place to sit and watch the world go by. Open plan lounge and dining area with open plan fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and cafe machine. Glazed terrace offering excellent views of the sea, smart TV, dinning area with seating for 4 people, master bedroom with a double bed, 2nd Bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Large communal swimming pool and gardens open in spring and summer. Sleeps 4.

Perfect location in Nerja

Property is well located and lovely to be able to see and hear the sea from the bedroom and balcony. Well equipped apartment and quietly located too - we heard very little from neighbours and bars nearby. Nice pool within complex and beach is just a short walk away

Great location!

The apt is centrally located so you can walk to many restaurants, shops and beaches. The pool us nice however there are no chairs. My complaint is that the apt was dirty. The shower had mold in it. I complained and the next day a lady came and scrubbed it but that should not happen. Also, we had to buy garbage bags and dishsoap as there was none.

Super Holiday

We have stayed in this accommodation before and always have been very happy with everything from the booking to the arrangements for arrival .and the flat itself . It was great to have the use of chairs and umbrellas and also being able to check out a little later at 2 pm . any problems were attended to quickly. Just one thing - could some thought be given to opening the pool in the afternoon - even a little earlier perhaps 4.00 pm would be good. We will definately be returning next year. Thank you Marisol.

Excellent apartment

The apartment was excellent, had everything we needed. Teenagers were safe to go out and have fun. Nasir was fantastic when we had a minor issue and resolved it straight away...1st class service. I would definitely recommend to a family.

Apartment with sea view

Fantastic location ,several restaurants and beach less than 2 minutes walk and 5 mins to town centre. The apartment was as described well kitted out and lovely pool.Marisol the property manager could not have been more helpful.

Nerja Apoartement

Das Appartement liegt direkt im Zentrum von Nerja. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Uns hat lediglich gestört., dass während unseres Aufenthaltes die Wohnung nicht gerei igt wurde. Man hätte wenigstens die Handtücher wechselnkönnen. Ansonsten war alles ok.

Very happy with Manuela's stay and we are very happy that they enjoyed Nerja. Regarding cleaning: The apartment was delivered perfectly clean and with sheets and towels. This does not work like a hotel, where cleaning is done daily. When renting apartments, it is normal for the daily maintenance cleaning to be done by the tenant. If you wanted more towels you could have asked for them and without a problem I would have provided more. I hope this is not an inconvenience and we will see each other again in Nerja. Great appartment

We really enjoyed our stay, Susana the agent was very helpful and always came back to us very quickly. The apartment is very comfortable and near lots of bars and restaurants but is still very quiet, the complex and pool are well kept. We managed to park nearby without to many problems. The only suggestion we would make is that it would be nice if there were a few cleaning items such as bleach left at the apartment as you don’t want to be buying these whilst away. Overall a very nice stay, we would recommend this place to others.

Great stay

Our apartment was very well finished, Susana went out of her way to meet us with keys as we ran quite late. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed. Once we learned to use the electricity boost system, everything was perfect. Beautiful balcony. Though part of a large complex, it was very quiet at night,! The apartment was very convenient to The Centre (Church), and Susana was fantastic to deal with. Great stay! We also had a garage for the car (extra cost) but worth it as on street parking was very busy during our stay, would gladly stay again! Laura
