Hello and welcome to my bright and cheerful one bedroom flat on the first floor near Hampstead Heath and the quaint Hampstead village.
This flat is your home away from home, so please feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, oven etc. The Living room is comfy where you can wind down after a busy day sight seeing in London.
There is an info folder and Tourist information including transport info. You will be glad to know there is good wifi access. The bathroom has a bath and shower, a hairdryer is at your disposal and a basket of useful toiletries. The bedroom is a comfortable king size bed. I provide spare bedding and towels.
PLEASE NOTE: The Hallway has a new carpet, the apartment has been freshly painted and also has a brand new carpet:-). Pls note NO SHOES in the apartment to keep the carpet new & hygienic for all visitors and NO smoking allowed. (pls see house rules).
The flat is in a fantastic location situated between 2 stations Finchley Road Tube Station on the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines which take about 8 minutes into oxford street, Waterloo or Kings cross and just one stop to Baker street where you can visit Madame Tussaud's or the Sherlock Holmes Museum and the other station is the overground train Finchley & Frognal which takes you to an entrance to the Heath (the Royal Free Hospital) and 3 stops to the famous Camden Market and a stones throw from the late Amy Winehouse's house. Just 1 stop away is South End Green and Hampstead Heath London's largest and most beautiful park where you can have a look at the whole city panoramic from the top of Kite Hill and have tea at Kenwood House or enjoy outdoor classical Concerts in the summer.
The main road Finchley Rd is serviced by many buses that take you to different areas including Oxford st, Victoria station and Portobello Market. And the pick up/drop off points for Coaches from Stansted & Luton airports is a few minutes away which makes life incredibly convenient after or before a long flight. This option alleviates the stress of carrying luggage across the underground!

Everyman Cinema Club is in the middle of Hampstead Village, the Everyman Cinema Club boasts recommendations from celebrities as diverse as Ewan McGregor, Jools Oliver, Gianluca Vialli. Hampstead Village is lined with cafes and designer shops and top of the range restaurants. Celebrities such as Coldplays Chris Martin & actress wife Gwyneth Paltrow, famous cook Jamie Oliver and Comedians such as Ricky Gervais live here.
The flat is close to a sports centre with 50 metre pool and rock climbing facilitites.
The O2 Centre is a short 2 minutes away and hosts the largest Sainsburys in London, a large cinema, shops, pub and various restaurants and cafes including a Starbucks. If you are more of a tearoom person there are many delightful alternatives.
There are also other convenience stores such as Waitrose and Marks and Spencers near by and a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and shops.
The Freud museum is a short walk away set in Freud's House and contains his real study untouched with famous Divan.
The Camden arts centre across the road has exhibitions, a bookshop and a cafe and garden where you can enjoy tea and cake. There is a newly built Jewish cultural centre opposite.
