The home was very clean and cozy. This is the perfect spot if you want to have easy access onto the beach. The home has a nice beach vibe to it and has all of the amenities you need to make it a confortable stay. I would highly recommend this location. The host is very attentive and can be easily reached if needed.

Quaint condo by the ocean. Two bedroom with two smaller queens. No twin beds but 2 cots for additional guests to use. Kitchen is large and fully equipped. BBQ was not useable as the basic kettle Webber grill was caked in grease and ?. The beach is used mostly by ATV vehicles. Nice rooms at the beach and the host was accommodating.

We do have 2 roll out twin beds. One in each bedroom closet. The BBQ we do not clean because it gets full of sand from blowing sand outside. It should always be cleaned by a guest that wants to use it. Its just an outside item that cannot be kept clean.

It was very clean. The view was amazing. Overall our experience was perfect. Even though the drop in for the dunes is right outside the door, the inside was quiet.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was perfect size for two adults and a dog. We loved having direct access to the beach for morning walks. The condo had everything we needed for a nice trip. The host was very helpful at all the right times.

Pismo wedding

The property was in excellent condition. Everything was perfect. My daughter had a beach wedding with a beach reception, complete with bonfires. Everything was beautiful. Where we stayed was so convenient. I hope to stay again.

MY WIFE MARY AND I BOTH GREW UP NEAR THE BEACH BUT HAD LIVED IN DIFFERENT CITIES. AFTER MEETING WE ENDED UP LIVING IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY OF CALIFORNIA DUE TO OUR EMPLOYMENT. OUR GOAL WAS TO EVENTUALLY RETIRE AT THE BEACH. AN OPPORTUNITY CAME UP TO PURCHASE THIS CONDO AND WE TOOK THE PLUNGE. STILL WE ARE NOT RETIRED SO WE DECIDED TO SHARE OUR HOME WITH THOSE THAT ALSO LOVE THE BEACH. WE ALSO CONTINUE TO STAY THERE AS MUCH AS OUR TIME ALLOWS.

WE JUST LOVE LIVING ON THE BEACH. THERE IS SO MUCH ACTIVITY GOING ON. PEOPLE COME HERE FROM ALL OVER WORLD TO VACATION. MY WIFE LOVES TO SUNBATH ON THE DECK WHILE WATCHING ALL THE FUN HAPPENING IN FRONT OF HER. I ENJOY RIDING MY ATV ON THE BEACH, FISHING AND GOLFING. OUR GRAND CHILDREN ARE SHELL COLLECTORS.

THIS IS A NEW LISTING AND MORE PHOTOS WILL BE ADDED AS I TAKE THEM. THE PHOTOS DON'T SHOW HOW BUSY THE BEACH CAN ACTUALLY BE. THEY WERE TAKEN EARLY IN THE MORNING BEFORE A LOT OF PEOPLE WERE OUT. THE CONDO IS ALSO VERY SOUND PROOF. WHEN THE DOORS ARE SHUT YOU CANNOT HEAR ANY SOUND FROM OUTSIDE OR FROM THE NEIGHBORS. MONDAY THRU THURSDAY ARE THE LEAST BUSY DAYS OF THE WEEK, UNTIL SUMMER.
