This beautiful villa is situated in Knokke-Heist, close to the Belgian coast. Ideal for families or friends, there are 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. This villa has a furnished garden for you to enjoy outdoor living. The sea and the lake lie 2 km from the villa. The local grocery store is only 600 m if you run out of your essentials. The nearest restaurant is 1 km away. A tennis court is 400 m from the villa whereas the horse riding can be enjoyed only 500 m away from the stay. Nothing more is required to enjoy a gala time with your loved ones when you have a living room with gas fireplace. A terrace is accessible if you wish to have an outdoor afternoon tea. There are 2 garages available for the guests. A recreation room with double sofa bed, table tennis table and billiards is accessible. Excellent base for Knokke

My family and I had a lovely stay. The house is homely and lived-in, but there’s lots of space to spread out as a family and all the basics are there. The pool/table tennis table in the loft is a bonus for the kids. It’s about a 15-minute walk to our favourite beach club, Duin 45, so a good base if you’re looking for somewhere within easy reach of Knokke. Our one main issue early in the week was the faulty oven, but we were hugely impressed with how responsive the owners were in giving us some air fryers as a temporary solution and then replacing the whole oven within 24 hours. We’d recommend Vintage Villa and would definitely return.

Das Haus hatte einen schönen Garten. (Pluspunkt für Kleinkinder und Vorschulkinder) Praktisch sind auch die beiden Garagen im hinteren Teil des Gartens. Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Besonders nervig ist das morgens. Für Kinder ist die Entfernung zwischen Strand und Haus recht weit. Für 5 bis 6 Personen sind möglicherweise zwei komplette Badezimmer vorhanden. „Badezimmer“ im GLVL ist nicht wirklich ein Badezimmer (Dusche und Waschbecken im Waschraum). Wir konnten den Ofen nicht „zum Laufen bringen“. Das Haus ist geräumig und verfügt über ein geräumiges Spielzimmer im Dachgeschoss.

Ons verblijf in het huis was heel goed (ondanks het slechte weer). Het huis was zeer ordelijk en net, alle faciliteiten waren in overvloed aanwezig, gezellige tuin, dubbele garage!, ruime leefruimte en heel gezellig ingericht, heel mooie badkamer en heel plezante polyvalente ruimte met tafeltennis/pooltafel. Kortom, aan te raden aan elk gezin!! De ligging was ook heel goed, op een 2tal km van de dijk waar je allerlei bars en restaurants kan vinden.

Bon car la température souhaitée n'était pas tout a fait au rendez-vous mais le logement comportait tout le confort et le matériel et appareillage utiles. Le jardin et le garage y annexés sont également deux atouts très appréciables. Parfaitement entretenu et propre, ce logement peut aisément être recommandé.

Mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten versehen.In der Nähe findet man Supermärkte vor und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Schöne Garten. Also wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 😊

Sehr schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir waren eine Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern zu Gast und haben die Zeit total genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Kinder waren begeistert von der Tischtennis-/Billardetage und die Erwachsenen haben sich üner den tollen offenen Wohn-/Koch-/Essbereich innen und aussen gefreut. Die Nähe zum Strand sowie vielen netten Städtchen zum Bummeln und Einkaufen war perfekt und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Volle Empfehlung!

Prachtig huis, goed ontvangst, van alle gemakken voorzien. maar slechte bedden. 2 nachten zeer slecht geslapen. Voor deze prijs mag je comfortabele boxspring bedden verwachten. Zeker als er in eerder revieuw over gesproken wordt. De vering in de matrassen maakt hard geluid bij minimaal omdraaien of bewegen. Matrassen ingezakt waardoor je naar de ander rolt en van de bedbank moest uiteindelijk de matras op de grond.

Accueil très très sympathique. La maison correspondait exactement aux photos et à notre attente pour des vacances en famille. Cuisine très bien équipée, séjour et coin à manger spacieux. Les deux garages en correspondance avec le jardin donne encore une touche très pratique au logement. Emplacement idéale pour des départs de balades en vélo ou à pieds. Proximité des commerces. Juste parfait.

Als je boekt bij BelVILLA dan verwacht je niet meteen terecht te komen in een rijtjeswoning, maar dat hadden wij kunnen voorzien toen we boekten. Maar dat op slechts circa 1,50 meter van de slaapkamerraam een redelijk druk bereden weg loopt waardoor je het idee hebt dat je 's-morgens op een autobaan slaapt, dat hadden wij onvoldoende op ons netvlies. De woning was zeer ruim van opzet en erg compleet, maar de prijs van ruim € 1.400 voor een week is voor deze woning toch wel aan de te hoge kant. De kust was op loopbare afstand en de omgeving is verder prima. Prijs kwaliteit in dit geval dus niet in verhouding.
