Good location for exploring London and comfortable place for our family of four! Frustrating to only have one key when you can’t lock up without one. When I called to ask about getting another, we were given a reusable code where we could leave the key with the cashier at the 24 hour convenience store across the street. That would have worked ok but wish we had been told that at our initial check in. (The key ring had multiple keys so I didn’t realize they were all different until my husband and I were hoping to split up the next morning and couldn’t until that was all sorted out). Overall a great stay but better check in procedures would have made it even better!

One of the very best places we've stayed at. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Close proximity to Paddington Station was a major consideration. Both for day trips and access to the Elizabeth Line for an easy trip to Heathrow. Good Neighborhood with two close grocery stores that had excellent hours. Plenty of places for coffee, etc. Easy walk to several tube stations. Very secure building. We will stay there again.
