The apartment is very big for up to 5 people. It's a 1st floor with elevator. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed each and air conditioning, one single bedroom, huge living-room with air conditioningand a balcony, independent kitchen fully equiped, a complete bathroom with shower in one of the bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. Free WIFI.

Valencia is an apartment in downtown. Only 20 minutes walking to Plaza Universitat,just next to Plaza Catalunya. 10 minuts away walking you have the MACBA(Museo de Arte Contemporáneo). To the left you have teh Sagrada Familiaand you can reache it in half an hour walking. Also not far away you have theBarcelonetato enjoy the beach. And closed to the apartment the Mercat del Ninot.

Pretty good accomodation

3 independant bedrooms and 2 bathroom.Additional bedding in the living roomClean appartment, appropriate communication and prompt responsiveness of the appartment manager.I would most probably come back to this accommodation when next time in Barcelona.

Our group enjoyed our stay at Innouthome Apartment Eixample Barcelona. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was good with several bus stops nearby and within walking distance of several beautiful Barcelona sites. The host was also very communicative and flexible. We recommend staying there!

Enjoy Barcelona!

The property was exactly as described and perfect for our group of family and friends. If one uses the sofa bed, it limits use of the living room so 5 guests is the perfect number. However, it still worked well for our group of six.

Barcelona trip

We enjoyed our stay! Communication with the host was always fast and they worked with us on our check in and check out times, which was very appreciated! We had 4 adults, which was comfortable for the space. The building was secured and could only be accessed with a key. The beds were firm, but comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect and close to about anywhere you’d like to go! Lots of shops, bars and restaurants within just a few minutes of walking. We really enjoyed our stay!

The listing advertised 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, but it was actually 3 bedrooms and a poor-quality sofa bed in the living room. Upon arrival, we were hit with a strong smoke smell. As shown in the video, only the living room had an AC unit; the bedrooms had plug-in fans, one of which was very noisy. The TV had to be unplugged to turn off, and the towels were stiff. The apartment was uncomfortably hot and did not accommodate the 7 adults as claimed. When I contacted the host, they responded dismissively and offered no apology. We left that same evening, found alternate accommodations, and never returned. Unfortunately, this was the most expensive and most disappointing stay of our entire 14-day trip in Spain — and our first impression of Barcelona.

Dans l’ensemble le séjour s’est très bien passé, l’appartement correspond aux photos, le propriétaire est réactif. L’appartement pourrait être un peu plus propre mais reste correct. Inconvénient : pas de VMC dans les salles de bains/WC qui font stagner la chaleur et l’humidité

Apartamento espacioso y bien comunicado

Apartamento funcional bien ubicado en el Eixample barcelonés. Buen tamaño y luminoso, aunque la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Por otro lado, la comunicación con los profesionales inmobiliarios fue fluida y efectiva.

Appartement suffisant pour un week end entre amis

Pour commencer, je tiens à remercier les propriétaires (ou gestionnaires) de l'appartement qui sont très accueillants et sympathiques: nous avons eu malheureusement un problème technique avec la chaudière et ils ont tout mis en oeuvre pour la réparer, allant même jusqu'à nous rembourser une partie de la location puisque la chaudière n'a pas fonctionné (pas d'eau chaude). L'appartement est situé à 10 min de la station de métro Universitad, donc pas tout à fait à côté de la place Catalunya. Il est suffisamment grand pour accueillir 6 personnes. La décoration est sobre et minime. L'appartement était propre. Côté équipement, l'appartement peut suffire pour un court séjour de 2, 3 jours max. Un des lits pour une personne (lit de camp) possédait des lattes cassées, il faudrait les changer. Le balcon donne sur une grande avenue où il y a beaucoup de circulation, attention donc au bruit pour ceux qui souhaiterait être au calme. Pour résumer, l'appartement est convenable: il conviendra pour un week end festif entre amis (appartement très peu utilisé) mais pas, à mon sens, pour un ou plusieurs couples avec enfants.

Good place to visit

I was in this apartament, with my family - total 5 people. Accomadtion was very good, place is really close to centrum, so You can go ther by foot or travel by metro which is very close to apartament, the same bus.Owner war really nice and she even organize nuny for our kids. For sure if i'm ever travel to barcelona i'll stay there

Estivemos hospedados no apartamento durante um final de semana e a nossa avaliação foi satisfatória. A localização é perfeita e, em relação às condições descritas no anúncio, julgamos compatíveis com o que verificamos durante a nossa estadia. Fizemos pessoalmente algumas recomendações à Sra. Araceli, proprietária, como por exemplo a falta de um secador de cabelos e a oferta de alguns itens adicionais para a cozinha. Nada porém que comprometa a boa avaliação do imóvel.

Barcelone en famille

J'ai passé un bon séjour avec mes enfants dans cet appartement fraîchement repeint pour être mis en location. Une bonne partie de l'équipement est neuf. Il reste quelques petits achats à faire dans la cuisine. L'accueil de la gestionnaire était chaleureux. Elle parle très bien français. Je recommande cet appartement.
