This new apartment complex at the beginning of the quiet village of Prines just 5 km from Rethymno town. The fenced and beautiful garden of 4000 m2 with bbq, grill, parking lot, many olive trees, colorful and fragrant flowers and lush lawn where you can relax under the hot sun makes you feel comfortable and safe. The village has two small mini markets and taverns. More shops, supermarkets, restaurants, butchers, bakeries and an internet cafe in the larger neighboring village of Atsipopoulo (1 km). The sea is 2 km away, but the nearest organized beach on the coast is in the lively town of Rethymno. Nearby beaches are in Petres, Episkopi, Georgioupoli.

The lounge has two comfortable sofa beds, the kitchen is fully equipped and the bedroom is spacious with a double bed. On the large veranda, guests can enjoy their breakfast in the garden. Prines Village is a quiet village, ideal for people who love nature. Olive trees throughout the region.
