Enjoy the peaceful canal view, watch the sunrise over the mango trees, and watch the dolphins, while relaxing on the patio. This condos meticulous décor will take your vacation to a new level of enjoyment. The location of this condo on the canal side which adds to the already quiet atmosphere of little harbor resort. Truly one of the most peaceful resorts that you will ever visit. With 2 pools, 1 hot tub, 2 restaurants and a white sand beach, you will enjoy socializing with friends and viewing the spectacular sunset from the waterfront tiki bar. Overall, a positive experience! When we first arrived, there was a terrible smell in the room but later found out it was due to a plumbing issue the whole entire place was having. We ran into the plumbing issue next morning when we went to take a shower and it would not drain properly and flooded portion of the bathroom. I immediately reached out to the property manager of the unit and she went above and beyond to help rectify the issue. The owner even credited us a portion of our stay due to the issue we had. I will definitely book with them again. Top notch service from both the management and owner of the condo. Overall, the condo itself was very beautiful inside. Bathroom was top notch and bed was amazing!

Great location if you want quiet

It was a great location and loved the dolphins out fromt and walking distance to pier and a couple places to eat. The only downfall was the bed was very uncomfortable and the people above us were so loud we barely slept each night. You can hear everything because of the tile floors. Other than that it was nice.

The place is perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend. Enjoyed the fishing and marina experience. Friendly people around. Laundry, restaurant and beach within 5 min walking. Swimming pool and hot tub very clean and inviting. I will consider going back 😀

I am a farm boy from Ohio, who enjoys the winter weather somewhere other than Ohio. I have stayed at this resort several times while visiting friends and family at Sun City Center, which is about 15 minutes away, and it offers everything you can want. Someday I am going to get up enough nerve to go deep sea fishing. The pier, the boats, the buildings, are all so warm and pretty.

Why they chose this property

When I saw this Condo I really had no intention of buying it. But it is just one of those places that doesn't leave your mind easily. I had met the previous owner the year before and we stayed in touch through out the year, so when I returned I made it a point to visit him and when he showed me his handy work, I fell in love with it.

What makes this property unique

Most of the benefits are geared around the numerous amenities of the LITTLE HARBOR RESORT. It is extremely quiet and peaceful, but the really unique thing is this condo. There is nothing else like it here at LITTLE HARBOR, and there are a lot of nice places here. You will enjoy everything from the unique lighting to the awesome shower. Wish I was there right now.
