The room felt spacious and comfortable to hold 3 people comfortably.
The room had plenty of seating and outlets, the bathroom was large and spacious. The tea kettle wouldn’t heat up my water, but I had costa coffee shops on either side of me.

Clean, modern and comfortable.
The apartment is bright, clean, modern and comfortable, with all that you would need for a comfortable stay. The station is a pleasant walk away through the park and the trains run every 3 minutes into central London, which is only around 25 to 30 minutes away. Simon responded promptly to messages. We had a problem with the key being missing from the key box, but it was dealt with promptly.
We would definitely stay again.
The landlord kept coming onto the property without asking, despite it being in the middle of a global pandemic... when I finally asked him to give me notice if he wanted to come onto the property for shed access, he started saying that he didn't know I had a dog (he did, we discussed it directly before I arrived at the property) so it felt directly retaliatory. He also continued to come onto the property with minimal notice. This is also illegal, and I think future guests should be aware that the landlord will not respect your privacy at all.

I just want to clarify that we did not come into the property but into the garden adjacent to the property.
We also did this when guidelines were relaxed and this was legal and compliant.
You asked us to notify you at any time we required external access, which we did.
We did enquire about the dog, which I apologise for, as we do not normally accept pets. But this was just an enquiry and not intended to cause upset.

Apartment was comfortable and worked well. It was in a quiet neighbourhood and had tube stop, grocery stores, etc. nearby. Help was available when needed. I would stay there again.

Juste 3 petites choses à changer
Ampoule de la lampe sur table de chevet.
Laver la couette du lit canapé
Et ajouter un double rideau dans la chambre car la lumière à 5h du matin empêche de dormir plus longtemps.
Et changer la table basse les pieds sont cassés impossible de manger dessu avec des enfants.
Après ces petits réajustements les prochains vacanciers le trouverons plus que parfait ! !
Sinon appartement très agréable ! Quartier calme et facile d acces par l métro parc pour les enfants et supérette sur le chemin pour aller au métro. On la déjà recommandé a des amis pour octobre.

L’appartamento è davvero completo di tutto, non manca niente. Gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi, lo abbiamo trovato in ordine è pulitissimo. Forse per 4 persone è un po’ troppo piccolo, ma noi stavamo in giro tutto il giorno e quindi la cosa non ci ha disturbato più di tanto. È vicino ai mezzi pubblici (autobus e treno) che in pochi minuti collegano al centro di Londra e si trova in una zona assolutamente silenziosa e tranquilla. Ci sono anche diversi market e punti di ristoro nelle immediate vicinanze. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio.

Buona sistemazione, quartiere residenziale, vicino alla fermata metro Colindale, alla Coop e Mc Donald's. Appartamento nuovo, molto pulito, comodo e silenzioso, bagno ampio e doccia spaziosa (senza bidet), ma sistemazione adatta solo per due persone, in quanto il secondo letto è un divano letto in cucina, senza tavolo da pranzo. Comunque ci siamo trovati bene, stringendoci un po', essendo in 4. Consigliato!

Abbiamo dormito per 4 notti in questo appartamento: devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene!! Tenuto conto dei costi di Londra, se volete spendere una cifra ragionevole, qui non rimpiangerete la mancanza di nulla!! Se posso dare un consiglio un piccolo forno a microonde potrebbe completare la già ampia dotazione! La descrizione e le foto sono veritiere: forse le foto , fatte con obbiettivo grandangolare, danno l’impressione di maggiore ampiezza dei locali. Buona connessione la wi-fi .

For the cost, we were very pleased with apartment.
The apartment was clean and orderly. We had all of the appliances we needed except a microwave. We had three bath towels and no hand towels. Simon found two hand towels for us, but there were three people...
Like much of Europe, there’s no AC and it was a bit warm when we were there, but if you open the windows, it should provide enough draft to make the apartment quite comfortable.
The room is on the second floor (this would be considered the third floor to Americans). The ground floor is 0.
The room is ideal for 2, but you can have a third person, especially if it’s a child.
It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the Colindale station which takes you into town (25 minutes). There are several good restaurants about 5-10 minutes away walking. I recommend the breakfast at ITJL at the Colindale station. There’s a children’s playground between the room and the Colindale station.
When we arrived, our key wasn’t in the key lock box, but Simon quickly responded and brought us a key.
Overall there were no problems with the room. Not immaculate but nothing bad at all. It’s a little piece out from London proper but easily accessible and decently priced. Taxis and Uber are available. Flat rate taxi to Gatwick is $70-75. That will probably be cheaper than Uber.

Cute Bright Loft
This is a very clean and bright loft, with an ideal location close to the tube system. We came with a party of 4, which was cramped for this tiny apartment, but if you don’t mind being on top of each other a little, it is totally doable. It is roomy for two, and kinda ideal for two and a child. It has everything you could need, shower, fitted Kitchen, and even laundry, which we took full advantage of. We loved that we could hop on a tube in be in central London, or jump in our rental car and see the country. It truly is in the most ideal location. None of my party nor myself have anything bad to say about his little rental, we all thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Unfassbar!
So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Wohnung war ungeputzt beim Eintreffen, die Mülleimer voll. Das Bettzeug war noch vom Vorgänger, mit Flecken versehen und nicht gewechselt. Handtücher waren nur 3 vorhanden obwohl wir zu viert gebucht hatten. Diese waren auch noch nass von den Vormietern und auf dem Fußboden im schmutzigen Bad platziert.
Als Antwort auf unsere Reklamationen erhielten wir den Rat, dass wir die Handtücher doch in der Waschmaschine waschen können und anschließend auch noch trocknen. Wir verließen die Wohnung am Folgetag wieder und suchten uns etwas anderes.
Weitere Kontaktaufnahmen gab es nicht. Eine Übernachtung kann definitiv nicht empfohlen werden.

There was an error with the cleaning schedule and the apartment was not prepared for the guest. The guest did communicate an issue with towels, but we understood there was one short - we did not know the apartment was not clean.
We gave the guest 100% refund and have apologised for the error which we take full responsibility for.

Compact, cosy, clean and good area with easy access to central london
I stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 nights, the property was compact and had everything you could possibly need. It was very clean and cosy. Nice little tourist information touches. The station is very close and less than 30 mins to central London, lots of supermarkets and anything else you might need to nip out for! We loved our stay here and definitely recommend to anyone else as we would definitely book again.

The apartment was in a great location, wonderfully clean, and had a basket full of local tour guides
We had a great experience in this apartment! It was in a quiet neighborhood but was close enough to the tube to be only a quick ride away from the hustle and bustle of downtown London. It was close to a grocery store and quite a few little restaurants and cheap pubs. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in London.

Simon was a great host. We had an initial mix up and Simon took care of it quickly and ensured we were happy. The space is small but we did not have any trouble with storage and being able to close the door between
