Wonderful apartment in the heart of Portorotondo. Swimming pool and air conditioning

The apartment is located in the heart of Portorotondo, a few steps from the tourist port, the renowned Piazzetta San Marco and the suggestive Mario Ceroli amphitheater, convenient to all tourist and commercial services and close to the main beaches.
The apartment is on the first floor, inside a residence surrounded by a well-kept garden; guests have use of the shared swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September at the following times: from 09.00 to 13. 00 and from 15.00 to 18. 30.
Returning to the apartment: the entrance opens onto an airy living area with comfortable lounge, flat screen TV, equipped open kitchen.
The living room overlooks a large covered and furnished terrace, with a large dining table and relaxation area.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a twin room, with a view of the Mediterranean scrub surrounding the residence, and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom, double or convertible into twin with two single beds, is located in the habitable mezzanine and is served by a bathroom complete with a small shower.
NEW 2018: Free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning (with heat pump function for the colder months) in the living area and in the three bedrooms !!!
NEW 2019: Mosquito nets in the bedrooms.

Highly recommended

A little difficult to locate, like many VRBOs, but an excellent stay with good kitchen, laundry and bedroom facilities. Pool was a bonus and a very helpful guide in English, to facilities highlighted good restaurants that we enjoyed.

Perfect spot in Porto Rotondo

The apartment is conveniently located in Porto Rotondo, a few meters away from the pedestrian street with all the restaurants and cafes. The host is super responsive and gave us great recommendations. We would definitely stay at this location again! (And we mean it as we fell in love with the area and definitely want to visit Sardinia again.)

Beautiful house

Lovely house in beautiful area. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 4 and 8 stayed). Modern, lovely rooms, wonderful balcony. Had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Swimming pool was a great bonus too! Host had excellent communication. Highly recommended!

A comfortable stay in a great location

We had a wonderful two weeks staying in this apartment. Cristina and Alessandro were great hosts, helping store our cases when we arrived before check in time, and providing a huge wealth of information about the best restaurants/beaches/events in the local area. This was amazing! The apartment is so well equipped, it went beyond what we have experienced in other stays. It was safe and easy to live in even with a 2 year old. It is so central to Porto Rotondo. We were able to walk to the port in 5 minutes, but also able to walk easily to all beaches in the town. The road was a little busier than we expected, although we live in the countryside so we are used to silence! I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Well designed apartment. Super practical in a great location.

This apartment will have every thing you need. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and very well furnished. The design of the building is very clever and feels lovely, open and airy whilst being quite compact and bijou. It is good value too- I looked at many other apartments before booking this one. We had a lovely few days there and the hosts were very helpful. The location is fantastic.

Portorotondo 2019 Amarcord ...

Soggiorno 2019 di 2 settimane inclusa quella di ferragosto posizione ottima della casa quasi centralissima cortesia e disponibilità della proprietaria la sig.ra Cristina sempre attenta x qualsiasi richiesta bastava un whatsapp. Che dire invece di Portorotondo paese, purtroppo sembra un po’ incupito rispetto agli anni d’oro passati, zero eventi cittadini molto sonnacchioso di sera x trovare un po’ di vita siamo dovuti andare sovente a Portocervo dove l’atmosfera è decisamente più stimolante. Mare bello quasi ovunque e lì le aspettative sono tutte confermate.

Great Apartment at Porto Rotondo

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is well decorated and equipped. The pool and parking space is only a short walk away. With the free of charge mare mare shuttle we reached some beautiful nearby beaches.

Apartment located in the center of Porto Rotondo, minutes walk from everything. Has a private parking spot. Self check-in/out. Communication with Alessandro and Christina was virtual but very efficient - they were easy to reach and responded promptly. The flat was clean, nice decorated and all bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. Sice its location next to an open-air theatre, it can get pretty loud during performances - we didn't mind that much. All in all, we had a great stay and I would book this place again without hesitation.

Fantasic apartment!

We had a fantastic stay at Cristina's apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The balcony was huge and the air conditioning in each room was much appreciated. The pool was only a couple of minutes away and was beautiful as was Porto Rotondo itself. The location of the apartment is fantastic with everything very close by. Cannot recommend enough, thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Het appartement ligt op een prachtige locatie. Vanaf het balkon heb je zicht op zee. Het (kleine) centrum en de haven van Portorotondo zijn op loopafstand. Met de gratis stadsbus kun je eenvoudig naar leuke strandjes. Zwembad is top!

Great communication with friendly hosts

My three friends and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sardinia. The air conditioning was excellent, with units in each of the bedrooms and in the living area. The outdoor terrace was a lovely place to eat breakfast and enjoy drinks in the evenings. We had an issue with the coffee machine and the hosts visited the apartment the same day to bring a replacement machine, which we believe went above and beyond expectations. My friend dropped an item of clothing onto the garden below our terrace and the hosts came round to help us recover the item, which was very kind of them. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment for groups and small families. Thanks, John.

Fantastic apartment in a great location with a beautiful pool.

We had a lovely week in Porto Rotondo. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need. We enjoyed eating outside on the balcony. The pool area is very relaxing and the children (11, 10 and 7) enjoyed cooling down there from the sun. We ate in several of the local restaurants and particularly loved the local ice-cream parlour. A walk around the harbour in the evenings gave us plenty to look at with all the amazing yachts on display. We would definitely recommend this apartment and location, the host Cristina is very friendly and helpful.

Porto Rotondo ist ein sehr geschmackvoll gestalteter Ort mit tollen Stränden. Zudem sind alle Produkte für den täglichen Bedarf gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Vermieter stehen sogar zur Verteidigung zur Verfügung, wenn frisch angereiste Touristen mit Parktickets am lokalen Supermarkt behelligt werden sollen. An der Unterkunft sind ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, der Pool ist toll gelegen!
