Great beach getaway

If you’re looking for a great place to unwind and relax this is the place for you. Condo was very clean and decorated in a Carribean theme. Bed was very comfortable and really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella for a day at the beach. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great beach stay

Love this condo!!!

This is an amazing place to stay. My husband and I have stayed here the last 3 times we visited the beach. It is clean and well maintained. The view is amazing, the beach is literally steps away! Angie is very responsive and makes sure things are good for your stay! We will be back again in the Spring!

Beautiful place-beautiful view!

Great room, perfect for two people. Great experience! Angie helped us out a lot and is very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for any couple looking for a great view of the ocean and a nice quiet get away! Love the canopy bed and all the details the room has. Will definitely stay here in the future!

Stayed here for 5 nights to relax after touring. Clean bright spacious condo with everything you could need. Huge comfy bed. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Can not fault condo or Sand Dunes resort. Angie easy to message and replies promptly.

Amazing Condo

This condo did not disappoint at all. It was updated and clean. The view was amazing. My husband and I stayed for a long anniversary weekend! The bed was comfortable and the balcony chairs were high enough to see over the railing. We loved that beach chairs and an umbrella were in the condo for us to use. The view is amazing! We plan on making this an annual trip and will definitely stay here again!

Long Overdue Escape!

My wife and I just came back from our 5 day getaway at this absolutely beautiful condo! Like previous guests stated on their review, the pics are absolutely dead on! This condo, with its beautiful beach decor and color scheme is just as chic and cute in person. It is also very clean and well stocked with all your necessities. Angie was great to work with and very prompt in answering any questions we had. Beautiful oceanfront views and easy access to pool. Plenty of restaurants and things to do. Absolutely loved Broadway On The Beach...must check out! Would definitely stay here again at this super chic and tastefully decorated condo in a heartbeat. Thanks Jim and Angie! Tony and Carmen.

Exactly As Described....AWESOME!!!!!!!

We originally booked our stay in March for our September trip for 7 nights. In August we decided to extend our stay for 10 nights. I contacted Angie ( who is a sweetheart) and she said no problem. That easy, that quick....We were so impressed...It is just like the picture, BEAUTIFUL....CLEAN....and COMFORTABLE... Everything you would want at home with the bonus of the ocean view. Great location. Colorfully decorated condo.

Ocean front condo in great location. Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. King size bed had memory foam cushion on top which was confortable but made the bed feel "hot" at times. It also made the bed very high and a little hard to climb into. (I would recommend a step stool to help petite people or elderly get into bed. Sand Dunes Property seemed well kept on the exterior. The elevators were hot and had dirty appearance (although there were lots of people traveling from beach/pool area all the time- making it somewhat difficult to keep clean.) One of elevators was not working for at least a day. Parking overall was relatively easy in the deck, but it was full at times and we had to park at another deck a little farther away on the property which can be expected at any resort. Overall, we think this was a great place and would definitely rent again.

Absolutely Amazing Home-Away-From-Home!

My husband and I recently stayed in this PERFECT condo as part of a birthday trip for him. Angie was wonderful to rent from -- she is friendly, answers any questions promptly, and it professional in all aspects. The room is beautifully decorated, and has every amenity you could possibly need. Angie has thought of everything -- plenty of towels and washcloths in the bathroom; shampoo, conditioner, bath soap; a starter kit of toilet paper & paper towels (which lasted us without having to even get more); beach chairs and beach umbrella; coffee maker AND Keurig machine, blender, toaster, dish soap, etc. The room is perfectly clean and taken care of. The ocean view from the balcony is delightful. The television is huge and perfect for catching a movie at night while drifting off to sleep in the AMAZING bed. Seriously one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in (Angie, please let me in on your secret -- what kind of mattress is that?!). You could spend your entire trip in this room if you wanted to. Our long weekend away from home was relaxing and serene, even in the middle of the summer in Myrtle Beach. Thank you, Angie, for creating a wonderful space that you share with others. We can't wait to stay again! PS: To travelers looking for something 'different' for dinner, try BODO's German Restaurant in Myrtle Beach near the Boardwalk. It's absolutely incredible. It looks like a hole in the wall from the outside, but trust me, give it a try. You won't be disappointed!

Perfect for anniversary trip

This condo was perfect for a several day anniversary trip in June. The view is lovely, the condo is clean and well-decorated, the bed is comfortable, having a kitchenette was very nice, and we had no issues during our stay. Angie sent us detailed info on finding the right room, parking, etc. and provided great suggestions for favorite local places to eat (Salt & Lime is a 2 minute walk and was a great meal). She's very responsive to messages and made sure we had a great stay. The beach access is perfect - a quick elevator ride and right out the door. No crossing streets or anything. Hoping to visit again someday!

Very nice, cozy condo for two. 7th floor balcony overlooking the ocean was great. Good restaurant, coffee shop and bar right in the lobby just steps from the beach. This condo is a few miles North of the heart of Myrtle, which made it much quieter and more peaceful.

All was good Couple of thoughts; Only 5 luggage carts for the entire building. Did not have an opportunity to use one at check in. Carried all luggage and extras from parking garage. We packed up on Friday night to leave so we were able to utilize one. Fire works being lit off on Resort property after 11 pm on Sunday which woke us up while sleeping. Than again on Friday night and after 10 pm which woke us up again. And many teenagers yelling and screaming outside well after 11 pm on Friday. Just thought you would like to know. Lover your condo and overall had a great time Thank you

The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything me and my husband needed for our stay. Loved the beach deco and the ocean views were beautiful!. The resort is older but not a big deal they had a nice staff and they were always cleaning. It is a very family friendly area.

We love the Sand Dunes and have invested in several properties at this family resort. We think it's in a great location in the Golden Mile. This suite has a spectacular view and it's on the same floor as one of our other units.
