This location is perfect for a trip to Myrtle Beach. You have quick access to all things Myrtle while overlooking the beach from the 7th floor. The pool area gives a nice escape from the beach when you want to take a quick swim.The room had plenty of storage for our items. The bed is also very comfortable with multiple pillow options. The air conditioner also kept the space nice and cool all day long in the summer heat.

Heard fireworks late at night music til 1am don’t know where it was coming from. Parking awful it’s across the street from condo no ramp for luggage only steps and parking is so tight or very very hard to find let alone get in or out of a spot will not be going back condo was nice wish in another area with better parking arrangements

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the condo itself to be nice. We're sorry that fireworks and late-night noise affected your stay. Unfortunately, because our condo is directly on the beach, occasional fireworks from the shoreline are outside of our control. For situations like excessive noise, our resort does have onsite security available to assist guests. We also wanted to clarify the parking information for future guests. The resort offers three onsite parking garages, as well as additional outdoor parking spaces, and there are elevators available for convenient access to the building. Perhaps you were confused as you didn't print the check-in information (as you went to a completely different address). Our check-in information includes the correct location, parking options, a map of the resort, and access instructions. Feedback for your future stays - print the booking info and notify the owner when you damage something in the unit. That allows us to have repairs scheduled before the next guest arrives.

Angie was excellent in responding to any text I sent her, we even got late checkout with no problem as our flight home wasn't until 3:30pm. The unit was clean, sand less, and updated. Loved the shower! View was beautiful, everything was as expected! Like any other hotel (it seems) quilt/comforter was not washed and neither were pillow shams. We used them, but were directed not to strip them at checkout unless visibly dirty, which was my ONLY negative. Everything else about the unit was perfect. As for the resort, again everything was great except: laundry. Dryer ate 4 worth of quarters, that Angie refunded immediately via front desk and the first load we did, the dryer left residue on 3 of our shirts and one pair of my boyfriends shorts. Someone did tell us the laundry in the next building over was much better? And the other thing was indoor pool/Jacuzzi towels were not stocked. We got out of the hot tub and realized there was no towels, brr.

Great beach getaway

If you’re looking for a great place to unwind and relax this is the place for you. Condo was very clean and decorated in a Carribean theme. Bed was very comfortable and really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella for a day at the beach. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great beach stay

Very nice, cozy condo for two. 7th floor balcony overlooking the ocean was great. Good restaurant, coffee shop and bar right in the lobby just steps from the beach. This condo is a few miles North of the heart of Myrtle, which made it much quieter and more peaceful.

We love the Sand Dunes and have invested in several properties at this family resort. We think it's in a great location in the Golden Mile. This suite has a spectacular view and it's on the same floor as one of our other units.
