Great location to come and go from for all of our Maui adventures. Sheets are as stated…comfy Egyptian cotton and the mattress was very cozy for our tired bodies. The sandy beach in front of the condo has been washed away by the Aug/Sept hurricanes that came through. Beach access is still open but it goes out to a rocky shore with waves crashing in. All beaches in Maui are public so with a little homework you can plan a great beach spot. From what I understand this is a temporary situation. The condo is well stocked with all your needs. The weather was beyond perfect!!Terri, host, responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. Shannon the onsite person responded quickly as well. I feel with all of the information that was sent out before we landed was very informative which reduced our need to communicate with the host or Shannon.

My wife and I, and our two kids had a fantastic time at 21C. The condo was perfect for our needs - very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was great too - just a short (2-3 minute walk) to the pool and beach. We were bummed to leave!

Nice condo close to the beach. Beach gear (chairs, umbrella, etc) all provided for.The only drawback was the lack of peace andprivacy when on the lanai.

We were surprised when you told us at check out that there were guests doing lawn games on the grass out behind our building, and wish you had let us know during your stay. Great Stay

We had a great stay at Terri and Dave’s place. The location can’t be beat, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. We loved the pool and the convenience of leaving our things there while heading down to the beach to splash in the ocean. The condo had all of the conveniences of home and together it made for a wonderful and memorable stay!

Wonderful Stay

This Condo is one of the best-equipped condos we've ever stayed in. Another huge bonus for us is that it is a very close walk to both the main pool, adult pool and Keawakapu beach. We had a small inconvenience that the Owners were quick to respond to. Overall a great vacation in a great property.

Wow!!! What an amazing find. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and will be coming back for sure. I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location was just amazing and the quiet pools were truly quiet, plus you could see the ocean from the pool that’s was a minute walk from the condo.Everything was clean and so well stocked with essentials. After a long flight is was so nice to come to such a beautiful find. The condo was clean, updated, located in a great area and the host had AMAZING communication. The clientele that stays/owns condos in this complex were amazing! We met a few owners and had a great time chatting. Can’t wait to go back.If you book, don’t miss breakfast at Kīhei Caffe, Malasada’s at Sugar Beach Bake shop and the south Maui food trucks. I can’t wait to book this exact vacation again.

Great location - well stocked beach gear

We have stayed in several units and this is a great location - very close to the water. Comfortable beds, effective air conditioners and a short, easy walk to two pools and the beach. There was an abundance of beach gear which was excellent. All in all, a great time was had by all.
