About this property

Architect-designed villa for 8 people close to the beach

House dedicated to family rentals only with a maximum of 8 beds (3 bedrooms, one with bunk beds).
We appreciate receiving a short note about you when you make your booking (reason for stay and age of children).

Small villa located in a quiet area with a very pleasant view as it is not overlooked and is very close to the beaches.
250 metres from Nauzan beach (sailing school) and 450 metres from Le Bureau beach (St Palais) and the town centre (shops and market).

The house was completely renovated in 2024 by an architect.

350 m² garden with stone terrace to the front and wooden terrace to the side, ideal for dining (adjoining the kitchen). Outdoor table and sun loungers available.

The 100 m² interior comprises :
- a bright living room (triple aspect) with large French windows opening onto the front terrace
- a large kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer
- a lounge area with two sofas
- a dining area with a table seating up to 12 people.
In the rear of the house, you'll find the sleeping area, comprising
- an adult bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and storage space
- an adult bedroom with a 160 cm sofa-bed
- a children's bedroom with 4 bunk beds
- a shower room with shower and double washbasin
- a shower room with shower and washbasin

Very functional and well-equipped house with mains gas heating, washing machine, tumble dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, wi-fi...

Super endroit

Maison agréable et bien située. A la fois prēs des commerces et de la plage. On peut tout faire à pied. Quartier très calme. Propriétaire sympa et disponible au téléphone car il n'est pas sur place. Il ne manque rien dans la maison, tout est fonctionnel. Plein de choses à St Palais et ses alentours. Malgré un forfait ménage, nous avons rendu la maison bien propre ainsi que les extérieurs par rapport aux toutous qui étaient acceptés. Merci pour ce beau séjour, un peu court. A refaire!!!

Une maison familiale idéalement située, dans un bel environnement, où l'on se sent vraiment comme chez soit. Gentillesse de l'hôte qui nous a bien facilité le séjour et accueil charmant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances au chant des oiseaux.

Séjour fort agréable.

La description est conforme à notre attente. Le propriétaire est fort sympathique, et à l’écoute malgré l’éloignement. La villa est bien située, proche du centre de Saint-Palais et des commerces, mais aussi de la plage de Nauzan et de celle de Saint-Palais. Elle se situe dans une ruelle peu fréquentée, le calme dans un entourage de verdure. Le meilleur des accueils avec une réelle disponibilité et gentillesse. La villa est bien équipée, rien ne manque. (Amateurs de BD vous serez comblés). Le séjour a été très agréable et nous recommandons cette location où nous avons pu être accompagné de notre chien.

Very nice, well equiped and comfortable

For two people it was very comfortable. For more there were probably not enough comfortable chairs in the sitting area. The terrace in the back lacked a bit of privacy and the garden chairs were a bit lightweight. These remarks are not complaints. We really like the house which was comfortable and tastfully decorated. Nauzan plage was comfortably close by.
