House-Villa called "Portynord" with annex. It consists of 1 double bedroom (+ 2 bunk beds) + 1 bedroom with two single beds + large living room + large equipped kitchen, livable for 6 people (4 gas burners + microwave + large fridge) + bathroom with shower + outdoor terrace covered, furnished and livable for 8 people + covered barbecue with service kitchen and laundry + large outdoor terrace + solarium + covered sea shower + internal closet attached to the kitchen + color TV + individual air conditioning + wall safe + n. 2 covered and safe parking spaces because they are closed by a gate + wooded garden. The house has an outbuilding with a large bathroom with shower and 2 bunk beds. It is located about 3 km from Canneto on a small promontory overlooking the bay of Porticello, with immense sea view and pumice quarries, opposite the islands of Panarea and Stromboli. - It is served by about 100 meters of excellent private paved road. closed by gate.-The house is enriched by an annex - a few meters away - consisting of n, 2 bunk beds and a large bathroom with shower.
In total 8/10 beds
 About 500 meters of paved road from Porticello beach. It is preferable to have a car or a scooter or rent it on site.
