Stunning Flat in Notting Hill - 5 min walk to Hyde Park and Portobello Road!

We have put our heart and soul into making our flat feel like your home away from home. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are a good size for London with plenty of storage space. We provide top quality linen, towels, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, wine fridge, washing machine, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is a breakfast table with four chairs for enjoying your meals. The living room has a sofa and two chairs, cable tv with a wide choice of channels, wifi and cable internet. The bathroom is clean and stylish and even has a tv in the bath to watch your favourite show while you enjoy a soak. Please note that the flat is located on the third floor of a period building and there is no lift.

The location is fantastic with loads of shops right on your doorstep. Notting Hill Gate Tube station is a three minute walk away and there is a good choice of buses taking you all over London. The famous Portabello Road is just around the corner five minutes walk away. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, eating out, enjoying a movie or enjoying a coffee while celebrity spotting.

Great place in a great neighborhood

Justin & Lou's flat is very comfortable and well located between Notting Hill and Holland Park. A charming neighborhood and lots of amenities nearby. Highly recommended!

Great value in a great neighborhood

Lou and Justin’s spacious Notting Hill flat is a remarkable value in the pricey London rentals market. The fully renovated space features two bedrooms, one modern bath, a large lounge with a “kitchen wall” to one side, sofa, chairs, dining set, and a flat screen TV; appliances include both a dishwasher and washer/dryer — I used everything and it all worked well! In addition, Lou was exceptionally responsive and quickly brought me a couple of things I needed for my one-month stay; communications with my hosts were great, throughout! The location of the flat is extremely convenient; it’s roughly 125 yards from the Notting Hill Gate tube station (on the central line), and there are Waitrose and Tesco grocery stores almost directly across the street; many restaurants and stores are close at hand, and famous Portobello Road is just five minutes away. This is a primary route for police/ambulance traffic, so you should be prepared to hear lots of sirens during the day; however, with the double windows closed, you won’t be bothered. One other thing to note: the flat is on the third floor and there are multiple flights of stairs to climb, so pack light! (;-) Overall, this flat is much larger and nicer than most comparably priced properties; both for value and location (as well as the hosts!) I can recommend it strongly. — John W

We couldn't have picked a better place!

My family and I could not have picked a better place! First, the photographs do not lie. The flat was gorgeous and spacious. With the couch, the apartment could easily sleep 5 people. I like IKEA and have always wondered what it would be like to live in one of their showrooms and now I know! Second, the location was perfect. It is situated between the Notting Hill Gate tube station and Holland Park which allowed easy access to the Central, Circle, and District lines. Across the street were several markets, Little Waitrose, M&S and Tesco Metro. There were plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood so you will never go hungry. We had a lovely meal at The Mitre in Holland Park. Additionally, you are within walking distance of Kensington Gardens, which was a great place to have a Pimms, people watch and look at the lovely landscape. Third, the flat had a washer/dryer which meant we could pack lightly for our two week trip! The flat is located on the top floor and there is no elevator. However, I saw this as a positive. I got in my exercise. I will book this flat the next time I'm in London! I highly recommend this place without hesitation. Mitch Eckert

Simply the best we have ever stayed in

Me and my friend stayed in Justin and Lou’s apartment for three months and it was amazing. The two of them are so nice and helpful and were always there when we needed something. The apartment itself has everything and is super pretty so we really felt right at home. The location of the apartment is perfect. Right next to notthing Hill gate station which has a lot of important lines. You can get everywhere super easy. All of our friends, who also live in London (zone 1), had it much harder to get around then we did! It all depends on, which lines are operating at your station and notthing Hill gate is one of the best ones to get around with in all of London. Plus you are right at portobello road. There are plenty of cute cafes and restaurants, many of which you will find on famous instagram blogger profiles. It was the best decision for us to stay with Justin and Lou and we can just highly recommend this super stylish apartment.

Home sweet home in London

I have been staying in London for 2 weeks with my friend, and we have spent wonderful time thanks to our hosts' hospitality. Firstly, Justin was always available online and was very helpful whenever we needed any help. Secondly, the flat has literally become 'home sweet home' for us. The location is perfect, the price is acceptable, and if you love cooking, kitchen in Justin and Lou's flat is everything you would ask for. My friend's been enjoying cooking a lot there. The flat itself is very cozy: two big comfortable beds, a comfy sofa, and stylish glass table - better than you can see in the photos. Thank you Justin and Lou for your hospitality and everything you have done for us. 10, no 100 (!!!) out of 10!

Very clean flat with modern amenities and convenient location & super friendly hosts

Four of us (2 adults & 2 children) stayed for 11 nights recently. Perfect base for sightseeing - a couple stations from Paddington station (Heathrow Express) and close to the shops & restaurants of Notting Hill. You can tell the owners put a lot of efforts to renovate the place, and had lots of amenities (washer, TV, wi-fi, lots of clean towels). The flat was immaculate. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to questions. While this was not an issue for us, a note to disabled travelers - it is on an upper floor, and the building does not have an elevator. Also, the building does get a little warm, so the provided fans were helpful. Check-in and check-out was easy, as we picked up the key using a code, and left the keys in the flat.
