Villa Perla del Lago : Penthouse apartment, lake view, garden, hot tub

“Villa Perla del Lago” was built in around 1920 and has belonged to the landlord’s family since 1950. In 2011-2012the main villa was completely restructured but at the same time maintaining many of its original distinguishing characteristics. It is positioned in a splendid sunlit spot just above Domaso on the western side of Lake Como and offers its visitors a breathtaking full landscape view: on one side one can admire the top of the lake starting from the mouth of the affluent river Adda and on the other gaze southwards as far as Bellagio. In 2016 also the penthouse was finished. The recent restoration on the villa has preserved and partly refurbished the Liberty style which was typical of Lake Como’s villas at the beginning of the 1900s, but the penthouse is furnished with modern and practical items, as to create a comfortable and functional setting. It comprises an open plan living area with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and dining, two double bedroom with double beds and two bathroom with large shower, washbasin, WC and bidet (one of them with washing mashine). The outside area offers a 500 sqm garden, a 100 sqm terrace, a gazebo with table and chairs in wrought iron, a barbecue, a 8x4m swimming-pool (heated by a solar panels system - usually open from 1st May to 30th September, depending on weather) a 6 people Jacuzzi hot tub (placed outside, under the big terrace) and sun beds. Guests have the exclusive use of the apartment and all its facilities.
