attractions for Families, and Aviemore is also the closest town to the Cairngorm Ski slopes and the mountain railway.

It is in walking distance of shops, forests, lochs and rivers. There are many walking and mountain bike options. Nearby are many tourist attractions to visit, such as the wildlife centre or the folk museum in Newtonmore.
