This charming apartment located in a medieval village, has a breathtaking view and is characterized by terracotta floors, antique furniture and exposed beam ceilings. Spread over two floors, it has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a large living area with kitchenette and fireplace. Free Wifi.
Upon request, the property provides free cots, baby car seats, strollers and high chairs.

The garden, equipped with tables and chairs and covered by free WiFi, is a perfect setting for your moments of relaxation, to be spent in front of the beautiful country landscape.

The apartment is in an ideal position to visit all of Umbria, about 30 minutes by car from Spoleto, Narni, Assisi and only 10 minutes from the picturesque Marmore Falls, for which it sells tickets at discounted rates.

Amazing, comfortable, and beautiful space

This is such a gem. The rooms are comfortable and very nice, but the real excitement is the grounds. This is an adventurers dream. You have to explore the ruins and see the church. The hosts are so welcoming and nice. We spent two weeks in Italy and this was the most comfortable, unique, and adventurous spot we stayed.

Magical stay with Doda and her family

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The beautiful apartment was decorated with a personal touch. Clean, neat, spacious and picture like views. Perfect location on the mountain overviewing the quaint village of Ferentillo. The hospitality of the owner Doda has no end. Whatever your needs or wishes she will have an answer and solution. In just one word; amazing

Historische omgeving met hoge gastvrijheid

Bijzondere locatie, gastvrije mensen, comfort iets beperkt doordat faciliteiten zoals badkamer in kleine ruimtes zijn gerealiseerd. Prima uitvalsbasis voor een paar nachten in ene prachtige niet toeristische omgeving.

Unfortunately, the bathrooms are small, because in the rooms in the Middle Ages the bathrooms did not exist, but we have obtained them from the existing rooms, to give each room the convenience of having a private bathroom. Wow

Wow. Just wow. The Guesthouse Runcini was a truly spectacular travel experience. I have travelled a great deal, and this is definitely one of those special places that I would like to return to again and again. Doda is a perfect host, and provided everything (and more) to make our stay comfortable. The 1,000-year old guest house has been beautifully restored and decorated with an artist's keen eye. The guesthouse is in a tiny medieval village, which Doda's husband has been restoring over many years. Although the village church is over 500 years old, many of the frescoes are in tact and the rest has been restored by expert hands. You won't regret making your way to this special place!
