Large apartment with private garden, next to the lake. Dog welcome
We are in a quiet area just a few steps from the lake and the beaches, just 2 km from the historic center of the town.
The apartment occupies the entire ground floor of our holiday home. It is very spacious and bright, has three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
SERVICES: wi-fi, heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, necessary for hanging out and ironing. Sheets and towels are included for each guest.
GARDEN: there is a large private fenced garden. PARKING: it is next to the house, public and free.
CHILDREN'S SPECIAL: You can ask for a cot, high chair, bath tub. Our common walls are giant blackboards that children can color
DOGS WELCOME: no extra cost but we ask for good manners. You will find bowls, towels, dedicated towels and the key to access our DOG CORNER, a dedicated garden with a swimming pool for dogs. Dogs are welcome everywhere in the town, they can also access the beaches.

Great location and apartment! We had a group of 6 stay to check out Bellagio for the day. Far walk into downtown Bellagio but it’s no problem with a car.
This was one of the finest property i have stayed in. Its in a beautiful setting, yard, it's conveniently located close to Bellagio, A very accommodating and professional management.
Far better than the pictures!!! You will NOT be disappointed. Unfortunately, we were only here for one night but we were so impressed by the property we are already planning a return trip! Can’t say enough about how much we loved it!
Enjoyed all the space this property provided. Bedrooms, living room and kitchen were all very spacious and the 2 bathrooms were newly remodeled and very nice. We were an adult family of 6 and a medium sized dog. We loved the private fenced yard and dog pool! Dog bowls and towels were also provided!
Good location to beach and free parking (narrow drive so only smaller cars will fit) Walkable to Bellagio but recommend cutting through the Gardens of Villa Melzi to avoid busy road. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views but would recommend a car.
We had a lovely stay at Francesca's in Bellagio. The house felt more like a home and we settled in nicely.
In future, I think we would stay somewhere a bit closer in to the town centre as it is quite a long and hilly walk on a busy road to get to the hub of Bellagio. There is an option to purchase a walk through the Villa (which is beautiful however adds up if you are doing so numerous times a day).
Nonetheless if you are looking for a bit more of a secluded vibe, this place would be perfect. You have a gorgeous cafe NeNe a very short walk and we had some lovely dinners at Riverside Snack Bar.
We found a nice swimming spot by the lake not far from the house... which we were very grateful for as it was incredibly hot and we were missing a swimming pool.
I hope in future the outdoor furniture might be upgraded. My husband and I both ripped our pants on exposed nails sitting on the brown lounges!
Very spacious with one bedroom and bathroom slightly removed from the second bathroom and bedrooms so ideal for those who don't need to be woken by the baby! Enclosed garden with table tennis table and good garden furniture. Plenty of storage space. Good location for lakeside beach and a couple of good restaurants. About 1 mile walk into Bellagio and a little less to the supermarket, with a bus stop about 5 mins walk if you don't like walking.

I was born and raised in Bellagio, and it is here that I live with my son Lorenzo (8 years old). We love being outdoors and taking care of the garden and our pets! When we can, we visit new places, we like traveling itineraries, both in the surroundings and in distant places!
Why they chose this property
In 1998 my father built our first vacation home, since 2005 I manage the business with his precious help!
What makes this property unique
Since 2014 we are eco-friendly: we have eliminated boilers and gas heating, for greater safety and respect for the environment! All the systems are electric (water, heating, air conditioning, kitchens), and are powered by photovoltaic panels! We have thus reduced management costs and become eco-friendly. We will try to go in this direction every year, using biodegradable products and limiting waste.
