'Tri Zala Bay' is situated 4 km from the City of Korcula. Nature harmony and tranquility are ideal getaway from everyday stress and rush. Near the destination there are three round rock beaches, by which the place got its name. Korcula offers almost everything for everyone, but August and October are reserved for surfers (Peljeski canal is on of the most famous canal for surfing in the world). Our offer is based on vacation house and two suites with a seaview, equipped with and outside bathroom and shower, located just near the sea. '

One big issue here is… the property has only one heat pump which is not sufficient to cool down the entire two bedroom apartment. In addition “mom” lives downstairs and apparently caught us one day with a slightly ajar balcony door upon which she knocked on the front door and walked straight into the apartment without waiting for us to answer the door and started scolding us in Croatian about the door in a very nasty tone. Oh and BTW the apartment has ants !!!

Dear Michael, One AC unit is more than enough to cool the apartment when the balcony doors are closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on reduces its efficiency and can damage the unit. My mom is described in almost every review as extremely kind and helpful. She would never enter the apartment as described. You also mentioned in your message that she spoke to you from the terrace. As for the ants, the apartment is surrounded by nature, not in a city center. A few ants may occasionally appear in summer, but this is not an infestation. The apartment is cleaned and regularly treated. Best regards

Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für diese Gegend ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Strand beim Apartment sehr schön. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlenswert.
