We had a great stay at Thelma’s Dawn! Christi and Rick were welcoming without being overbearing. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed going out on the kayaks and the golf cart. We got to do some fun birdwatching and watched the sun set over the bay. It was a beautiful place and the next time we make a trip up this way we would definitely come back!

If you love beautiful sunsets, a private beach, campfires, peace and quiet and amazing stars at night, then this is your place! We spent 3 nights and can't wait to go back. Christi and Rick were so pleasant and friendly. Loved the small community atmosphere. We enjoyed the kayaking, relaxing on the beach and cooked a brisket in the smoker. Riding the golf cart was fun too! Thanks Christi and Rick for sharing your little piece of paradise!!

We had an amazing time on our weekend stay. Christi is an awesome host who really goes over and above to be sure you have a great time. Loved launching the Japanese lanterns over the bay with her.The apartment had everything we needed and then some and the location can't be beat. The only downside was the weekend was too short!! The host is the most friendly, helpful, fun person We have ever come across. It was like being part of the family and still alone on vacation with the love of my life.
