We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and felt very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We stayed here with family while in town and had a wonderful experience. The home is beautiful, spotless, and filled with stunning artwork that made it feel especially warm and inviting. The owner is incredibly kind, and was so easy to communicate with throughout our stay. It was the perfect place for our family to gather, and we truly appreciated the comfort and care put into the home.

Wow!! This was the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house is stunning and decorated with beautiful art work and gardens. It is immaculately cleaned with anything you may need to cook meals. Very comfortable beds. We loved the outdoor patio. The town nearby is walkable and super cute. Douglas is so friendly and welcoming. He was available if we had any questions and check-in was very easy. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

We needed a home to stay for the weekend of our daughter's wedding. This place was more than advertised and was very comfortable. Alot of thought has gone into this property and the owner has a keen eye for detail. I would highly recommend this property if one needed a stay in the area.

We had the most incredible stay at Doug’s home. We have probably stayed at more than 30 properties over the years and this by far was the most comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. The grounds are beautiful and the flower garden is so well designed and cared for. The interior is updated, very clean and a bit quirky with country manor charm throughout. Quality inside and out.There were eight of us in town for a celebration of life and being able to come home, spread out and enjoy the artwork or the cozy areas throughout without feeling cramped was just what we needed. Also, we highly recommend taking the Ikebana flower arrangement class. It was great.Thank you Doug. We hope to be able to return one day.

A beautiful refuge

Beautiful stay

We were 3 generations in town for a family wedding. Beautiful grounds and lots of common places to hang out before and after events. Doug couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful.
