The living space downstairs includes a contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar, separate utility room, dining room and comfortable sitting room. There is a pretty chapel facing in to the grounds of the cottage, which is independently owned by the Yorke Trust and has a separate access outwith the grounds of The Manse. The chapel is used periodically for classical music concerts or teaching, however this is very infrequent and takes place without disturbance to The Manse.
