Spiace leggere che avete trovato delle pulci in appartamento. Spiace perché in appartamento non esistono pulci, nè cimici dei letti.
Se lo desidera posso inviare la dichiarazione di una ditta specializzata in disinfestazioni che ho appositamente chiamato per un controllo.
Posso anche inviare la comunicazione tra me e Lei con whatsapp dove afferma di voler partire prima perché "ammalata". E alla mia domanda se è andato tutto bene non ha risposto.
Le segnalazioni di eventuali problemi in appartamento si fanno sul posto e al momento, non settimane dopo.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in der Innenstadt von Grado
Für Familien mit Kind(ern) gut geeignet. Gute Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Bügeleisen, ...) 3 Min zum Stadtstrand und 3 Min zur Altstadt. Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.
