Der Aufenthalt im Holiday House Pudarica war mit unserer grossen Gruppe sehr angenehm.

Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb. Es ist sehr ruhig und angenehem. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt neben an und wen man Hilfe benötigt sind sie da. Der Ausenbereich ist sehr schön wir hatten mit acht Erwachsenen und drei Kinder genügend Platz für alle. Das Check-in /Check-out war sehr unkompliziert und die Vermieter waren sehr flexibel.

Zomervakantie

We verbleven met twee gezinnen in deze (identieke) appartementen. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Het is wel aan te raden om beide appartementen te huren anders moet de tuin gedeeld worden en daar is deze eigenlijk niet heel geschikt voor. De eigenaresse woont naast de appartementen bij het BBQ gedeelte. Hierdoor voel je je niet helemaal op je gemak om daar te gaan zitten. De directe omgeving is erg in opbouw voor het toerisme, daardoor nu nog rustig en geen mooie (wandel) omgeving. Wanneer de omliggende woningen/appartementen gereed zullen zijn, zal de drukte en geluiden toenemen.

Maison fonctionnelle et disposant de toutes les commodités dont la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Situation idéale à 10min en voiture du centre de Rovinj. Si vous louez qu’une partie de la maison, vous devrez partager les espaces communs extérieurs (terrasse et piscine). Location très agréable, nous reviendrons si nous en avons la possibilité.
