Fantastic detached but not isolated villa with swimming pool

                              Villa Frejean

Callas is located in the "heart" of the Var on the D225 (a connecting road between the D562 and the D25). Villa Frejean is 1.5 km outside the village of Callas where all facilities are present such as a supermarket, bakery, post office, various restaurants and of course a cozy terrace.

The house is "free" but not isolated on a hill with 10 other houses, almost all of which are permanently occupied. Villa Frejean is the upper house of the chemin.
The almost flat plot is over 3600 m². The single-storey house is 130 m² and has a large terrace of approximately 150 m². The terrace is partially covered so that you can eat and live outside even on a less beautiful summer day.

There are 4 bedrooms of 15 m², a new bathroom with shower and double sink, toilet. there is a second a separate toilet in the corridor . living-dining room and kitchen of over 40 m² and a utility room. television with all channels plus internet / wifi.

The villa also has a swimming pool of 8 m x 4 m, an outside shower plus table tennis table that completes the whole.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette maison située sur les hauteurs. Maison très bien équipée et pratique pour une famille. Belle piscine. Seul regret sur 3 jours, 2 jours pluie, mais les hôtes n'y peuvent rien.

La maison est superbe, chaleureuse, fonctionnelle, spacieuse, isolée, et propre Rien n'y manquait Le propriétaire est à proximité en cas de soucis et est vraiment tres accueillant. Villa au calme absolu. Le propriétaire est au top. La terrasse est parfaite, les barbecues sont pratiques et la grande table également. Nous avons passé le séjour à l’extérieur. Merci encore
