Completely Renovated Beach Box with Ocean Views & Easy Beach Access

Classic Beach Box with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths located on beach access road with short 1 block walk to public beach access. Large front deck and roof top deck with ocean views.
2025 updates completed to include new king size bed in master, guest room with queen size bed, and new living room furniture. We take great pride in making Sweet Adeline your home away from home so you can relax and enjoy the beach! Completely renovated in 2015. New kitchen with granite counter tops, new tile flooring in common areas and baths, new carpet in bedrooms, updated bathrooms, flat screen TV’s in every room, Wi-Fi, HULU Live and Netflix. Kitchen has everything you need to cook at home or order in, plus grill utensils. Single pod Keurig and traditional coffee pot available for use. Underneath home renovated to include Washer/Dryer, Enclosed Shower, Outdoor Furniture, Hammock, 3 Bikes and Gas Grill.​ We provide bed covers, pillows and blankets; however, you will need to bring your own linens, bath and beach towels. We do this because many people like to save some money and bring their own. But there are several local company's that you may rent these items as well as other things from (i.e. bikes, beach chairs, etc) for your stay that deliver and pick-up, just do a quick google search to find them. Our cleaner is also taking extra steps to ensure the house is fully stocked when you arrive but please bring additional paper products.

Excellent property to stay at. Beach is practically right there, very short walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a Walgreens. Excellent location right at the intersection of hwys 12 and 158 allowing short driving distances to Duck or further down to Nags Head areas. The ONLY slight negative would be because it was so close to the roadways, the sound of the traffic overrode the sounds from the nearby beach BUT this was only if sitting outside...we never heard the traffic from inside which was a huge plus...Overall we would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Kitty Hawk Saltbox

Great stay!

This probably was THE BEST. We were fairly close to the beach access. The house was full stocked with dishes, cups, beach supplies, etc. The outdoor shower was hot/cold which was a plus! We will definitely be returning to this sweet Adeline beach house!

Amazing Beach House

This was our first time in the OBX. We had an amazing time. The house was so cute and cozy. It was super clean, and had everything we needed. The host, Chris, was amazing at letting us know that the home was ready for us early and let us go right in. Steps from the beach with a great view. Will definitely book again!

Holiday vacation

We had a great time here and the walk to the beach was the shortest we could hope for. It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the gorgeous sand, shells and the pelicans flying low over the shores were memorable. The house was just as advertised and the caretaker very responsive to us. We would have liked a DVD player there, though!

Nice basic place to stay

It was a really nice home. We come down with multiple families every year and finally had so many so we needed a 2nd house. This was a great choice. Price was well worth it. Came with bikes and toys as well. Its a basic beach house that is well kept and clean. It was closer to the beach than I thought.

Quiet & Close to the beach!

Very peaceful and comfortable stay at Sweet Adeline! The house is tucked away but provided easy access to the beach, stores and restaurants. We loved being within a short walk to the beach, and hearing the waves from the front deck was amazing. Although we didn’t use the outdoor space much due to the windy weather, the grill and outdoor shower was nice to have. Chris and Sean always responded quickly and communicated well from the time we booked to the time we checked out. Clear instructions were provided prior to check in. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay, and they respected our privacy. Overall, we had an enjoyable time, and my wife and I would return in the future.

This was the first and only property we looked at when we made the decision to purchase a beach house. It's amazing location on a quiet street with very easy access to the beach and Outer Banks cottage charm had us fall in love with it immediately.
