This is a comfortable and very spacious house to spend nice family, with 4 bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms in the house, a large kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooker, microwave, coffe machine, toaster and washing machine.
There is private parking and free internet access.

Outside, a big terrace with private swimming pool, barbecue area and sunbeds to relax and enjoy the sun and sea views. The outdoor table with 8 seats allows to have all the meals enjoying sea view.

With 10 min of walking you can reach restaurants/ bars and a natural rocks beach.

Zonnige villa

Zeer ruime woning. Goed uitgerust. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Er werden propere lakens/handdoeken aangeboden na de eerste week van ons verblijf. We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf gedurende 2 weken. Enkele minpuntjes: er waren problemen met het zwembadwater (algen), de gastvrouw deed haar best dit op te lossen, maar de eerste week van ons verblijf was het zwembadwater vuil groen. Vier badkamers is luxe, maar er was niet genoeg warm water om met meerdere personen tegelijkertijd te kunnen douchen.

Fijn, groot huis. Heerlijk terras met uitzicht op zee. Zwembad is prima voor kleine kinderen. Keuken is wel gedateerd en mag wat onderhoud hebben. De garage is groot genoeg voor 2 auto's. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

Grosszügiges Haus

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und bot ausreichend Platz für unsere 7 Gruppe von sieben Personen. Es ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen gut ausgestattet, der Pool wurde von uns immer genutzt. Die Vermieterin hat sich bei Anfragen gut gekümmert. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir waren zu viert in dem grossräumigen Haus und haben unseren Aufenthalt von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen. Den Meerblick vom Schlafzimmerbett aus werden wir am meisten vermissen. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden und hat funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Folgende Punkte waren für uns nicht störend, sollten aber bei einer Buchung beachtet werden: - Die Einfahrt in die hauseigene Garage ist eng (grosse Autos sind definitiv im Nachteil) - Die Autos auf der angrenzenden Hauptstrasse sind gut zu hören, wenn man draussen sitzt

Silvester 2023 in Madeira 🎉

Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Gastgeberin hat für unseren ersten Abend nach einem guten Restaurant recherchiert. Die Räume und die Terrasse wurden nach einer Woche extra gereinigt und uns wurden zusätzlich eine Decke, Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt haben wir einen außergewöhnlich angenehmen Familienurlaub mit sehr freundlichen und gastfreundlichen Gastgebern verbracht und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Everything was very easy and the house is very very clean. Our hostess is very gracious with area information. The house is quiet with beautiful views. Everything was in good working order. We would definitely stay here again. It is a well planned house with lots of space and baths.

Une magnifique villa très bien équipée. Depuis votre chambre vous avez une vue magnifique sur la mer . La Piscine et toutes les photos sont conforme à celles du site . Si vous devez louer, c’est cette villa qu’il faut prendre très bien placée pour toutes les sorties . Une précision prendre une voiture avec de la puissance ça grimpe énormément. Encore merci pour votre intérêt pour notre bien être durant notre séjour.

Positive points: swimming pool, outdoor furniture, barbecue, garage and outlook Negative points: kitchen needs to be refurbished (but the manager is aware of it and willing to); if 8 adults around the pool, lack of sunbeds or comfortable chairs and very small "beach umbrella"; you can hear road traffic from the terrace but not too disturbing

Sunny Villa

Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel mit 6 Personen dort. Das Wetter war ungewöhnlich warm und die Sonne hat uns täglich verwöhnt. Mit unseren Mietwagen haben wir die ganze Insel erkundet. 2019 Madeira Holiday

Katiuska met us at the Villa and she was very helpful and accomodating. The Villa is fabulous , we spent our days relaxing round the pool , enjoying barbecues and then the spectacular sunsets from the balcony.You need a car for sure for the location , but it perfectly allows you then to explore the stunning island of Madeira from the beautiful South to the amazing mountains of the North, will for sure return to this Island.

Un grand Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse de la propriétaire à 3h du matin Un panier rempli de spécialités nous était offert, ainsi que de la petite épicerie pour dépanner (petit déjeuner, ect...) Une superbe maison, très grande et très propre Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et barbecue, terrasse un emplacement idéalement placé pour les balades et visites, un endroit privilégié, pas de vent, peu de nuages dans cette partie de l'île. à recommander sans hésitation nous étions 8 adultes 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain

Die Lage fand ich gut man kommt überall in kurzer Zeit hin. Das Haus hat ausreichen Platz der Pool ist sauber, Meerblick ist super allerdings ist der Hafen direkt vor dem Haus ausser Betrieb somit Blick auf Ruinen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und beantwortet jede Frage sofort. Die Inneneinrichtung ist nichts für Menschen mit gehobenen Ansprüchen, erfüllt aber vollkommen ihren Zweck. Die Einfahrt/Tor ist eng wie alles in Madeira also nichts für ein SUV o. ä.

Berne/Suisse, le 14 octobre 2018 Bom dia Der Ferien auf Madeira haben uns (2 Familien) sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin des Hauses, Katiuska Freitas, ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Alles klappte bestens; Über- und Abgabe des Hauses, Einkaufstipps etc. Das Haus ist für 2 Familien optimal. Es hat genügend Zimmer mit 2 Betten und auch 4 WC/Bäder. Die Strasse unterhalb des Hauses störte nicht. Das Haus liegt zentral und die Insel konnten wir so per Auto gut bereisen. Liebe Grüsse p. keller, Bern

Gemütliches Haus mit tollem Pool im sonnigen Süden der Insel

Wir haben zwei traumhafte Wochen in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und auch die Terrasse großzügig und mit Grill und Ofen ausgestattet. Wir hatten selten eine so nette, zuvorkommende und herzliche Vermieterin wie Katiuska! Sie war bei allem behilflich und hat uns den Urlaub so angenehm wie nur möglich gemacht. Herzlichen Dank dafür! The house is very spacious, the terrasse really comfortable with barbecue and oven and a great pool. There are plenty of towels, also for the pool and the bed linen are changed after one week. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a perfect holiday and enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks again for everything dear Katiuska!

Great house ! Great host !

My friends and I had a wonderful time in Katiuska's house. House is not far away from the speedway which allowed us to quickly reach most places of Madeira. We also enjoyed having a barbecue next to the swimming pool ! House is very comfortable.
