Elegant villa located on a hill near Florence, in Montelupo Fiorentino, with a huge private swimming pool. It's perfect to relax, to have beautiful walks in the Tuscan countryside.

A private swimming pool (15m x 7. 5m) and parking. Ideal for five guests.

The villa is 250 m2 on 2 floors:
On the ground floor there is a large hall with a fireplace, a sofa, armchairs, TV. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary optional. Washing machine and a shower.
On the second floor a double bedroom with wardrobe and en suite bathroom, a second double bedroom with wardrobe and a bathroom.
On the second floor.

Bed sheets, towels and pool towels are provided.

Private swimming pool, private parking, BBQ, sun beds, table, swimming towels, WiFi, washing machine, towels and bed sheets.

Spacious home with very kind hosts

Spacious home with large pool in central location in Tuscany. Pictures give a good insight in the era the home was built, however the accommodation is more spacious than we expected based on the pictures. Very kind hosts!

Great hosts, very clean, perfect location, very large swimming pool (that got cleaned twice a day)! It was hot, so we asked (and got) an extra fan (so every bedroom has one), altough airco would have been better... Bathrooms a bit old, and bbq a bit small for 5 people.

Un grand merci à Carolina et Renzo pour leur accueil et leurs gentilles attentions. La villa est idéalement située pour visiter la Toscane et notamment Florence très facilement accessible en train depuis Montelupo. La maison est très grande et bien équipée bien que rustique. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et notamment la piscine qui est très grande. Le stationnement de la voiture est pratique. Nous avons passé de formidables vacances.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour en Toscane, très belle propriété dans un très jolie cadre de verdure. Villa très bien entretenue, propreté irréprochable. Très belle piscine. La situation de la maison est idéale pour parcourir la Toscane, on est à 5 minutes de Montelupo qui permet d’aller en train à Firenze en 20 minutes sans se soucier des parkings. Beaucoup de choses sublimes à proximité. Encore merci pour l’acceuil et la gentillesse des propriétaires, on reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Magnifique maison

Très bon accueil de Carolina et son père, très disponibles et très discrets bien qu’habitant dans une autre partie de la maison. Très grande maison avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, dommage pour l’absence de climatisation car les nuits sont très chaudes et en ouvrant les fenêtres, c’est une invasion de moustiques et la wi-fi qui fonctionne très mal. Très grande piscine et localisation à seulement 35 mn du centre de Florence. Maison au calme avec le chant des cigales . Je recommande vivement cette location

Familienurlaub im Herzen der Toscana

Wir haben hier unseren Urlaub mit der Familie verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und bietet mehr als ausreichend Platz. Mit einer Tiefe von bis zu 2,80 m ist der riesige Pool ein idealer Spielplatz für alle Wasserratten die schon schwimmen können. Ein Grill und die Waschmaschine runden das Gesamtpaket ab. Man fühlt sich sehr schnell sehr wohl und möchte am liebsten länger bleiben. Mit ca. 20 Fahrminuten bis Florenz kan man in ca. 1h viele wichtige Ziele in der Toscana erreichen. Also absolut empfehlenswert.

villa très propre et très bien située 10 min de la gare et du centre ville pour se rendre en train en 22 minutes à florence et proche des grands axes routiers pour visiter la Toscane. Piscine au top et surtout un gentil accueil de Carolina et Renzo....
