About this property

Stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea, 20m infinity pool, pool house

You will find Mas Belvédère in the hills north of Cannes. The property offers magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Esterel Mountains. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with absolutely no interference from neighbors. Great for families! The main house sleeps four and the guest house at the pool sleeps two. There are areas for outdoor dining and relaxing both at the main house and along the pool. We hardly ever eat indoors ourselves! Security is very high with electric gates, alarm and fence all around.

The main house has two double bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room with an open fireplace and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The pool house has one bedroom, full bathroom and a kitchenette. Outside there is plenty of space for entertainment both at the main house and around the pool with dining areas on both places. The infinity pool is extra long and perfect for swimming - 20 m long and 3.2 m wide. There is also a private court for boule de petanque.

It's a 10 minutes drive to great supermarkets or the small village of Cabris with plenty of great restaurants (a nice walk of 30 minutes). Please note that a car is a must.

Please be aware that BOOKINGS must be for a minimum of 7 days and run from SATURDAY to SATURDAY only.

Wonderful house with amazing views

The house and grounds are so amazing with astonishing views. We had such a great time. There were two couples in our group and we got to stay in different houses. One of us stayed in the main house and one in the pool house. They were both lovely and comfortable. The huge pool and beautiful grounds were absolutely perfect. We loved it so much that we are already planning a return visit.

Fantastic family holidays

We enjoyed 2 fantastic weeks of family holidays in Le Tignet. The view is amazing, the pool definitely is the most beautiful one we ever had and the house and terraces are tastefully decorated. We did find everything we needed in the house and especially the kitchen is very well equipped. The area is very quiet and peaceful. This was a perfect place to relax after difficult months during the pandemic. Thank you Camilla and Per for having welcomed us in your house.

Herrlich ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wir sind zwei befreundete Ehepaare und haben drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Da wir nur zu viert unterwegs waren haben wir ausschließlich im Haupthaus gewohnt und im PoolHaus abends nur manchmal das Badezimmer zum Duschen benutzt. Auch das Pool Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet - besonders hervorzuheben sind in allen Schlafzimmern beider Häuser die ausreichend große Kapazität in den Schränken für die eigene Kleidung! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Die Küchenausstattung ist extrem gut, es gibt genügend Geschirr sowohl zum Kochen als auch zum Essen, auch das hatten wir schon anders erlebt. Der riesige Pool war immer extrem sauber und gepflegt, auch wenn wir nie mitbekommen haben, wann dies erledigt wurde. Die Aussicht vom Haus überall ist fantastisch bis zum Mittelmeer, einmal konnten wir sogar Korsika sehen! Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen, haben uns super erholt! Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Summer holiday

A fantastic house in a lovely part of the South of France: very comfortable and well-equipped, with marvellous views to Cannes and the coast in the distance. The owners were very understanding as we had concerns re. travelling this summer, but we were very pleased we did get the opportunity to stay. The swimming pool is exceptional, again with the most perfect view. Cabris certainly worth visiting for supper, and easy access to local shops / supermarket.

Traumhafter Urlaub ******

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern zwei wunderschöne Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und insbesondere die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Infinity-Pool mit seiner atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Küste von Cannes ist das absolute Highlight des Anwesens und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes wöchentlich gereinigt. Der Garten wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt und lädt mit seinen zwei Sonnenterrassen dazu ein, alle Mahlzeiten draussen einzunehmen. Sogar das Poolhaus verfügt über eine kleine Pantry, so dass auch dort kleine Snacks zubereitet werden konnten. Camilla und Per sind sehr herzliche und umsichtige Gastgeber. So haben sie uns bereits im Vorfeld ein detailliertes PDF-Dokument mit hilfreichen und nützlichen Information zum Haus und zum Aufenthalt in der Umgebung zukommen lassen. Es blieben keine Fragen offen. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung :-) Vielen Dank! Die naturnahe Lage im Hinterland von Cannes mit seinen schönen ursprünglichen Bergdörfern hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wer hierhin reist, sollte allerdings über ein gutes Fahrzeug verfügen, denn die Wege zum Haus sind wirklich steil. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Mas Belvedere rundum genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Great house on a superb location

We spend a week in this house during the summer holiday. Best things are the location (great view) and the swimming pool, which is really large. Both the main house and the small house near the swimming pool are really nice, with a good kitchen and proper beds. As the road to the house is very steep you need a good car to get there.Only small negative is the bathroom in the main house, which a rather simple. All in all, we really loved this place.

Paradise! A beautiful villa in a perfect setting with amazing views and stunning infinity pool

We spent 7 idyllic days in this gorgeous property - peaceful, private and simply stunning. The grounds are huge and beautifully kept. The villa is immaculate, clean and fully equipped.
