Bedroom 2 (1 Queen bed and 3 twin beds). 2 Full bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). Large living room and dining room in addition to breakfast area. Fully furnished. Tile floors. Fully stocked Kitchen and appliances. WI-FI and HD TV’s (2). Washer and dryer IN the unit. Private Outdoor Patio Set and BBQ. - 1.5 hour drive from Miami Int. Airport. 24 hour security w/gate. Ample parking.
Unit is adjacent to a recently renovated heated pool and recently renovated
clubhouse w/tiki huts. Two-minute walk to sand area from the unit and new
dock w/breathtaking sunsets. The unit is behind the tennis/pickleball/basketball court. Complex is adjacent to public community park. (Founders Park) and 4 miles from major grocery stores and pharmacy as well as first class hospital. Close to the best restaurants in the Keys.

Perfect location for our needs.
This house was perfectly located for my wife and I. While I enjoy fishing, my wife loves to relaxe and read. There are plenty of marinas and restaurants close by and plenty of fishing charters. The house is in a gated community and is located close to the tennis court and community pool.It has all the amenities including a gas grill. The boat dock is within walking distance where you can get a beautiful view of the sunset.
