Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with
his and hers vanity unit and walk-in wardrobe, 2 further twin
bedrooms and the third bathroom.

Summer vacay

Overall our stay was awesome. The home worked wonderfully for our family. All enjoyed the pool and seeing the wildlife daily. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely villa

Great villa with all the facilities you would need. Lovely to look at the lake every morning and central location to visit different areas of Florida if you don’t mind the drive.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Comfortable and clean condo. A little off the beaten path. Glen was incredibly fast at responding to emails and made checking in a breeze. The family would absolutely want to stay here again.

Great condo for vacation. Close to Disney . Owner very accommodating.

We loved the location of the condo. Great views out of windows facing the west. Saw alligator and turtles almost every day. Only my wife and I stayed in the unit . The unit was well maintained. Pool to cold to swim in although by the end of our stay I did get in it a couple of times. Community pools are better because they are heated. Only suggestions we would have would be a better vacuum cleaner and better master bed and mattress .We would definitely stay here again. John & Joyce ( ones who help with any condo issues)extremely courteous and helpful. Can't say enough about the owner. Very accommodating and helpful. Thanks for making our stay possible and enjoyable.

Lovely well maintained property

Lovely property in a nice quiet complex. A car is definitely needed here as nearest shop is 10 min away. Ideal though if you want to escape Disney area. Property well kept and had everything you need. The only negative was our teenage son who complained that WiFi was too slow.

This house was wonderful. Also the place where the house is located at Awesome. The people there where nice and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation house. So yes the next time I find myself in that area again this will be the place I book.

Very Relaxing

This was the first time we have rented from VRBO and I can easily say, it won't be the last! The villa we rented was like a home away from home (even a little better). It had everything we needed, was very clean and well taken care of. Our only wish was that our 3 sons might have been able to join us. But unfortunately, they couldn't. The villa was very spacious and the neighbors we met were very friendly and welcoming. The pool that was located off the dining area and covered by a lanai, was very clean, but too cold to actually go in. But we did dangle our feet in for a while. The villa had multiple forms of entertainment if you needed something to fill in some time. There were games, DVD's, videos, tennis rackets, many, many books to read. Our only disappointment was the mattress in the master bedroom. A bit uncomfortable, sags a lot in the middle. But the master bedroom/bathroom combination was very large and nicely decorated. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would reserve this unit again.

Great place to stay gorgeous house.

We had a great stay there house was exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful gated community everyone we interacted with was very friendly and willing to help. Only had one problem with no hot water when we arrived and this was fixed immediately when I called the property manager. Would recommend this place for anyone my kids didn't want to leave.

Fabulous Vacation Home

This home rental was the best thing we did. very clean, everything it said it would be..I have been going to Florida for years and some times it's a crap shoot as to what you rent, but this was fantastic. Super clean pool was so nice for my 4 grand children. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home..Peaceful and relaxing and only 30 minutes to all attractions and 10 minutes to restaurants and stores.

This was an awesome villa to stay at, All the comforts of home, about 50 mins to disney, seaworld, universal. Community was very relaxing and quiet, outside of the hub of a city, and yet only 10-15 mintues away from town if needed, Owners were great, answered all our questions, and were very patient, We would stay at this home again if available, Thanks Glen and Sue

Lake Marion Villa/Kissimmee

We stayed at this unit the week after Christmas. It is ideal for two small families. We comfortably slept 5 adults and 2 teenagers and had room for one more. The unit is furnished exactly as pictured and was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Everything was in working order. The owners and the house manager were accessible and responsive and easy to work with. The neighbors were friendly and the surroundings were very relaxing. While the location is about 30-45 minutes away from attractions, it is not a bad ride and actually worked well since it allowed time to decompress. I would highly recommend this rental property!

Lake Marion vacation

The property at Lake Marion was great! Our children especially enjoyed the private pool. We had never rented through vacation rentals before and we were alittle nervous,but I have to say Glen was very helpful with any quesions we had and provided excellent customer service! We visited Disney, Sea World and Gatorland Zoo. The villas were private and away from the hustle of Orlando yet close enough to make day trips. We also found time to try Manny's Chop Shop, which Glen recommended, and it was great. We would reccommend this property, especially if you want away from all the commotion of Orlando!

great vacation

I highly recommend this place, is very clean and well-maintained the customer service was super, our kids and friends enjoyed the pool as much as we did, we had a great week unfortunately our vacation were over otherwise We would loved to stay more time. This place is extraordinary, we're definitely going back. There is lot of things that you can do, for example horse riding, boat rental, fishing etc. The theme parks are just 30 minutes away. I'm telling you is just great. But don't take my word for granted go and experienced yourselves I'm pretty-sure you would love it as much we did. We want to say thank you Mr and Mrs Fitzgerald our week vacations were super.

Great place for a great deal

My family and I rented this place in June and it was a great size for 10 people. We really enjoyed the privacy of our own pool and own place. I will definitely be coming back.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy a home in Lake Marion in 2004 and have had nothing but great vacations there for the past 13 years. We were really impressed by the beautiful location by the lovely Lake Marion and the sense of security that the gated community provided. We love the serenity and get away from it all feeling that the resort provides, combined with the great amenities on offer free to residents and guests such as two heated pools, fitness room, floodlit tennis and basketball courts and the two shuffleboard courts. With Poinciana Towne Centre just 10 minutes drive away and the theme parks about 40 minutes away we feel that we have the best of both worlds here at Lake Marion.
