This was a great place to stay for our family. Convention location close to the village and bike trails, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We made a last minute reservation, and had no problem getting a confirmation and check in instructions.
The best thing about this rental is the location—it’s essentially in Whistler Village, and we could walk to the gondola and everywhere in town with ease. The place was clean, but the apartment itself felt more like a budget motel. The hot tub was nice but showing its age. When we arrived, all the towels were still in the dryer, so we had to fold them ourselves. There were no extras like soap, shampoo, or even coffee provided. While it sleeps five comfortably, the living room only seats three people for watching TV. The host was quick to respond to messages, but didn’t send our key code in advance, which caused some mild concern at check-in. Overall, a convenient home base, but very bare-bones.
Great stay, unit is very well equipped and a good size for a family of 4-5. Private hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day on the slopes. I think I would still ideally prefer to be slopeside, but if I'm going to be in the village, the location was excellent. So close to the better (IMO) grocery store, bus stop, and other services. Would definitely stay again!
My wife and I enjoyed our week stay at Rachelle’s condo in Glaciers Reach. The amenities were great especially the hot tub after skiing all day. The free shuttle to the gondolas is located across the street near the marketplace. We had an amazing time for our anniversary. Thank you
We've stayed at Glacier's Reach before so we already knew we liked the location - walk to the village and easy access to the valley trail, and decent pool in the complex. The condo itself was perfect for me, my husband, and two kids (age 6 and 8). The condo was clean, hot tub was ready, towels provided, and good stock of dishes, cookware, utensils, appliances, spices, and condiments. Access was easy and seamless. Would stay again!

Home away from home!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience than we had here. The condo was gorgeous and stocked with everything we could have imagined or needed. The hot tub and jetted tub were great. Being across the street from the grocery store was so helpful. We also appreciated the fact that the unit was on the corner and was on the second floor. Highly recommended!
The townhome is in the north village. There is a grocery store, bank, restaurants within five (5) minutes walking distance. The rest of Whistler village shops can be walked to as well. Note there is some traffic noise pollution due to the adjacency to the shops. I did not expect total peace and quiet here, so I still rated 5/5 stars in my review.
P.S. There is a bike & walking paved trail that runs along the main road that we enjoyed walking down.
Very difficult access for seniors with no elevator and lots of stairs. Upper bunkbed has no ladder; 1 and 1/8 roll of toilet paper between 2 bathrooms - no paper towels - advised more would be delivered by 11:00 am the next day; washing machine in need of repair; very limited functional bathroom necessities; broken cover on electrical outlet in living room which would be a safety hazard for children. In general, this unit needs lots of TLC.
Location was very convenient with just a short walk to the Village. Very quiet in the condo. Nice to have hot tub on deck. Easy access to parking. Overall it was a great location, comfortable condo, everything you needed (other than husband was disappointed that cable did not have TSN channel to watch football)
Excellent location, a good size and well equipped for a family stay. We thought it was definitely one of the nicest condos we've stayed at in Whistler over the past few years. We really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, the BBQ and hot tub. Washing machine and dryer were also much appreciated for our stay.
Great place overall ,would stay again. The cleaners could have done a better job, limited space for storage most of the furniture have locks, the hot tub was really clean, the living room seating could be improved.
The property was great and met all our needs Walking distance to the village for grocery shopping, lunch or dinner The hot tub was perfect after an afternoon of zip lining
We really enjoyed this property, fit our needs nicely. Close to everything and easy to walk proximity to shopping/food/entertainment.Minor complaints- was not ready at check in time as cleaner still cleaning- needed to wait approximately 1/2 hr till ready. Bunk bed ladder difficult to maneuver. Otherwise everything great, would stay again.
This was our first time in Whistler and this property is very conveniently located. Just across the street is the market and the start of the villages that you can walk through. Shuttle stop just across the street that we used to get to skiing. The property itself was in good enough condition with perfect amount of sleep space for our family. The hot tub was a special treat that we used each day after skiing. The challenges: garage parking is great but tight and clearance is a bit low. There is a coffee machine but would love a Keurig. Places to put clothes is tight because the owner has locks on most of drawers so keep that in mind. But I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Entering place is a wow! Hot tub great! Small deficiencies-no garage bags or paper towel. The main bathroom shower head needs replacing - water from hose sprays down pipping so less water can reach shower head.
The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, lovely glass wear, pots and pans. We all enjoyed our stay and would book again.
Très bien situé et assez bien équipé pour une famille (jouets, chaise haute, lit de bébé). Il nous manquait par contre des linges de cuisine et une des douches manquait de débit. Le spa était très bien entretenu.
This property worked great for us, 5 minutes walk to village and a couple minutes more to chairs. Easy check in, a couple minor things needed attending to but host got right on them. Thanks again!
Close to the village. Clean property. Comfortable beds. Well stocked and perfect for a stay in Whistler.

About the host

We started our ski hill ownership in Sun Peaks and are very excited to now to have moved on to own a property at Whistler. We are an active Vancouver family with two young children that love playing in the outdoors all year round. Our kids just completed their first season in the Whistler Kids ski program and are loving skiing. We are looking forward to family bike trips and hikes along the many trails of Whistler to visit the lakes, rivers and mountain peaks of Whistler.
Why they chose this property
This property stood out to us not only because of it's amazing location, walking distance to everything! But also because of the large windows letting in lots of natural light, the nice views from the deck and living room of the surround mountains. We also really loved having a private outside entrance and a spacious entry way giving us room to get ski gear on and pull in the bikes in the summer.
What makes this property unique
Spacious entry lobby, great for getting on ski gear and also for bike storage in the summer. End unit with lots of natural light and views of surrounding mountains.
