Some vacation rentals have a nice view. E303 has a lifestyle.
Step into this beautifully appointed third-floor condo at Port O’ Call and you’ll immediately understand why guests come back year after year. The screened-in porch — accessible from both the living room and bedroom — is the kind of place where mornings stretch into afternoons and dinner happens with the sound of waves in the background. When you’re ready to take it higher, a spiral staircase leads up to the rooftop crow’s nest, where superb, unobstructed ocean views stretch out in every direction. It’s one of the most unique perches on the Isle of Palms.
The condo is comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully stocked — everything you need for a seamless stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to fresh linens and beach gear. Port O’ Call sits within Wild Dunes, putting you steps from the beach, the oceanfront community pool, and easy access to golf, bike trails, spa, and the restaurants and shops of the Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, and historic Charleston just 30 minutes away.
Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, a solo retreat, or a getaway with friends, E303 delivers an experience that’s hard to top — literally.
What Guests Love About E303
“As someone else mentioned, the pictures just don’t do the actual view from the screen porch justice. It’s one of our favorite places in the condo — eating dinner, playing games, or just reading and enjoying the ocean breeze. Already looking forward to our visit again next summer!” — Melissa N. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Return Guest)
“A beautiful place, every consideration about what guests would need. Great view — screened porch the pinnacle of the experience. Clean, comfortable, easy access to the beach. Would come back again with no hesitation.” — Fr. Steven R. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Everyone loved the screened in porch. The view was fantastic from there as well as the upstairs deck and walk to beach was super easy — 2 minutes tops.” — Will ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We absolutely loved our visit! This place is beautiful and we will be coming back! The condo is in a great location, well maintained and nicely decorated. Almost don’t want to write a review and keep this place to ourselves!!!
This was our second time staying in this unit! Clean, comfortable, and the ocean view/sound is amazing! The beach was very clean and not crowded this time of year. Great memories were made, thank you!
The view and location are perfect! However, the only downfall was the AC. The condo was warm and muggy and air didn't keep up well. However, with the time we went the windows open at night were perfect! The condo really will have everything you need and then some.
We did not use the pool. The condo was awesome and had great views and was very well marked/labeled. I wish there had been soap or shower gel for the shower and a few beach towels would have been nice. Otherwise, awesome condo.
Great location to the beach. Host was great with communication and no issues with accessing the unit. Wild Dunes and surrounding areas are a great place to visit.
We had an amazing stay at this condo! It truly had everything we could have hoped for and more—honestly, I felt like I overpacked because they had so much already provided. The space was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-maintained.The views from both balconies were beautiful—you could see the beach perfectly, and it was also conveniently located right next to the pool, which we loved. Even though the weather was colder and windier than we expected and we didn’t get as much beach time as planned, we still had the best trip.We rented bikes, made plenty of trips for ice cream at the market, and just really enjoyed how perfect the location was. It was also very quiet—we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors at all, which made it even more relaxing.Overall, such a wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely come back!
This apartment is on the 3rd floor and you get a wonderful view of the ocean from the top floor deck as well as from the apartment itself. The apartment has everything you need for two people.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The beach views from the decks are incredible. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and went above and beyond to serve us well. We will definitely be back.
We've been going to Wild Dunes since the '80s. We've always stayed in one of the beachfront Port 'O Call units. We love the screened in porch and easy access down to the beach. We've never stayed in one of the third floor units and love the widow's walk and view! Our unit this visit was as expected, clean, and the bed was very comfortable, It was also very quiet (we were there after Easter and Spring break and kids were in school). Everything we needed was supplied (even coffee for the Keurig). We lucked out on the beautiful weather all 7 days we were there. I would however, recommend making dinner reservations at the popular restaurants on the Isle of Palms and also Charleston if you plan on going there, at least a couple of weeks out before your trip. When we first started going to the IOP and Charleston, we could walk into any restaurant without a reservation and be seated right away. Not anymore! All in all, we had a wonderful stay and hopefully we can make another trip there next year.
We had a great stay last week at Port O' Call E303! Great location and easy access to the beach. Everything from the arrival process to checkout was seamless and straight forward. Great views from the back patio and balcony as well. Nice and quiet and hope to return in the future.
Wonderful views. Safe and quiet. Everything was labeled ( my wife loved that). All amenities right there and available at your fingertips. Even minute details were covered. Stress free. I did ask the hosts to adopt us but they respectfully declined . We'll be back!
This great little one bedroom unit had everything we needed. All aspects of the visit from the security gate pass to the entry code worked smoothly.
Very nice getaway!
Home away from home with everything you need in a perfect location oceanfront and the ability to walk to shops, grocery and restaurants. You cannot go wrong with this home for your vacation. Thanks again to great hosts!
Super fun, short trip to Isle of Palms. Loved our accommodations at Wild Dunes, Port O Call. Amazing view & proximity to the beach. Can’t wait to go back!
This rental was perfect for a quick birthday getaway for two. They thought of everything to ensure your stay was comfortable. Wish we had booked for a longer stay. The view was amazing and the walk to the beach easy. Just wish the weather had cooperated more!
The place was very nice but the beach has eroded so much that there is no beach at high tide. A major project to reclaim beach possibly similar to what they did in Panama City is needed before I would return here.
We loved everything about this condo. It had the perfect amount of space for us, beautiful ocean views and was so well organized with anything you could possibly need.
The management was quick to respond and helpful.
We would absolutely stay here again.
The condo is very nice and close to great restaurants. We biked, sat & relaxed on the beach and by the pool. It was a short drive for us from the Charlotte area. We can’t wait to plan another trip to Isles of Palm.
The condo is beautiful. The views are spectacular as well. Our unit was spotless and we had no problems with it at all. We would definitely stay here again!
Loved the condo. Had everything you needed to enjoy a weekend at the beach. The reason for the 4 has nothing to do with what the owner can control. The beach has eroded so much that walking on it is limited to low tide. It is a shame, but mother nature wants her sand back.
The unit is very well taken care of, with plenty of interesting decorations. The views from the two decks are *way* better than the listing photos and were the highlight of our stay. The beach was lovely, with super easy, close, access.
Great condo for two. Deck upstairs with 360 view of ocean, pool and grounds. Host clearly identified light switches, kitchen shelf contents, instructions for using tv’s, washer, dryer and dishwasher. Very thoughtful!
