Directly on the beach! White sand and blue-green clear waters are great year-round.
Our 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo sleeps 8. There's a King Bed in the Master. Guest Bedroom has comfy king and twin bunk beds. Sofa and blow up mattress to accommodate other members of your group!
All new furniture indoor and out. All new - granite, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous vinyl wood floor, carpets in bedrooms, fixtures, guest bath and 1/2 bath vanities, paint. This unit has been remodeled with updated colors and features. The unit is incredibly inviting, calming, comfy and ready for your visit.

Wood Dining Table seats 4, as well as 4 bar stools in kitchen

Regency Isle is a newer, beach front condo 4/10th of a mile from the Florida state line. Guests have the full use of both a heated indoor pool and large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, steam room, and exercise room. It also has a pavillion with gas grills. It has covered reserved parking, on site management and full security service.

Free wireless internet access. Reservation with one parking pass. Second can be putchased.

In addition to the beach and pools, you will enjoy the world class golf courses, deep sea fishing, and shopping at the Wharf and discount Tanger/Rivera Mall is only minutes away. Younger guests also enjoy the nearby zoo, water slides, para sailing, biking, jet skiing and horseback riding.

Very nice condo. Well kept, very clean, and beautiful decor. Loved the separate pantry for the kitchen area - so much space! And certainly appreciated having nice dish towels and other amenities from the kitchen. Comfortable furniture and wonderful balcony furniture as well. Balcony was amazing! My family and I had a great week in Orange Beach. The condo served as perfect base for us with easy convenience to the beach and pool as well as just minutes away from restaurants and other fun activities. End of Summer Vacation

We had such an amazing stay! The condo was fabulous and our family loved all the amenities. The beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards were a great extra! We had the best last vacation before school starts! Would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

I came for a 3 day condo looking trip. I had a stack of paper 1 1/2" thick of properties we looked at. By far, this property felt the most comfortable, most up to date and had the most private and large balcony out of all of them we saw! I spend a lot of time on the balcony, so this was a major selling point.

What makes this property unique

The people of Alabama are over the top friendly and very down to earth. It seems as if the vacationers here are the same. There is amazing food in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Plan to eat your way through the trip! Tons of activities for the kids. Go karts, zip line, water parks, miniature golf just to name a few.
