Directly on the beach! White sand and blue-green clear waters are great year-round.
Our 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo sleeps 8. There's a King Bed in the Master. Guest Bedroom has comfy king and twin bunk beds. Sofa and blow up mattress to accommodate other members of your group!
All new furniture indoor and out. All new - granite, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous vinyl wood floor, carpets in bedrooms, fixtures, guest bath and 1/2 bath vanities, paint. This unit has been remodeled with updated colors and features. The unit is incredibly inviting, calming, comfy and ready for your visit.

Regency Isle is a newer, beach front condo 4/10th of a mile from the Florida state line. Guests have the full use of both a heated indoor pool and large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, steam room, and exercise room. It also has a pavillion with gas grills. It has covered reserved parking, on site management and full security service.

Free wireless internet access. Reservation with one parking pass. Second can be putchased.

In addition to the beach and pools, you will enjoy the world class golf courses, deep sea fishing, and shopping at the Wharf and discount Tanger/Rivera Mall is only minutes away. Younger guests also enjoy the nearby zoo, water slides, para sailing, biking, jet skiing and horseback riding.

The kitchen was extremely well stocked. All of the Linens and bedding it was clean and good quality. The View was amazing. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was very nice and enjoyable.

ABSOLUTELY gorgeous condo! beautifully decorated amazing views great pool area. there is a Keurig and regular coffee pot. no type of bath soap, shampoo, or conditioner was provided which did catch us all off guard as this was a first in all our travels, but thankfully one of us had brought some travel sized ones! The beds were comfy, the location is great! pool area is nice with lots of lounge chairs. you can rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach right out front. the balcony is oversized and has amazing views and the breeze is so nice! we got to watch dolphins playing and the boats going by. The host is VERY responsive, super helpful, and I would definitely stay here again! There is only 1 parking spot provided so be mindful of that and if you need additional you'll need to talk to the host! This is a perfect condo for a relaxing and comfy stay that you'll spend hours just sitting on the balcony watching the birds, dolphins, boats, & people. You'll hear the kids playing and see all the flashlights on the beach at night as the kids & adults are out there to catch the crabs! sooo fun! JUST BOOK IT! YOU'LL BE SOOO GLAD YOU DID!!! SEE YOU AGAIN SOON! AND AS I SAID BEFORE...THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR BEAUTIFUL CONDO!

Why they chose this property

I came for a 3 day condo looking trip. I had a stack of paper 1 1/2" thick of properties we looked at. By far, this property felt the most comfortable, most up to date and had the most private and large balcony out of all of them we saw! I spend a lot of time on the balcony, so this was a major selling point.

What makes this property unique

The people of Alabama are over the top friendly and very down to earth. It seems as if the vacationers here are the same. There is amazing food in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Plan to eat your way through the trip! Tons of activities for the kids. Go karts, zip line, water parks, miniature golf just to name a few.
