Completely renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo at "The Shores". Located on 600 feet of East Bay Frontage. Scenic wooded setting that backs to Acme Creek. Boat rental on site. There are 3 championship golf courses within 1/2 mile at the Grand Traverse Resort as well as wonderful restaurants and shopping. Gorgeous Sunsets at the beach!

The condo is conveniently equipped with a kitchenette that includes granite counter tops, new cabinetry, refrigerator, microwave, stove top and dishwasher. Sleeps 4 comfortably with new queen bed and queen sized sofa sleeper. 2 Flat screen TV's. HD Cable and WIFI included with 46 inch TV in living room and 32 inch in bedroom. Relax on the deck overlooking scenic woods and wildlife, Nature Trail on property.

Traverse City offers incredible shopping, trails, biking, world class restaurants, several dozen wineries and tons of family activities. Tour Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas as well as Elk Rapids. An amazing place to vacation for your Northern Michigan experience.

Great condo, perfect for a quick getaway to Traverse City. Penny was so easy to book with and communicate with. She provided some great suggestions to make the most of our trip. We were able to catch some beautiful sunsets just a short walk from the condo.

My issue was when you looked at the photos it showed a pool. We didn’t have a pool. It showed a beach. It had chairs, but it had dead birds all over it so we end up spending our weekend in the public park. Overall, the host was great that the unit was clean. Our experience just wasn’t what we were expecting.
