The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set the AC to 75.
Make sure recycle is taken out and no plastic bags in recycle.
If you rented a parking pass, don’t forget to return it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You are required to bring your own linens, pillow cases, wash cloths, towels, etc. We provide sheets for bunkbed and top quilts for beds
Must put trash/recycle out Monday night by 9PM for Tuesday pick up, trash only on Thursday night for Friday pickup. No plastic bags in recycle!
There's a $50 fee held from your deposit if Trash and Recycle are not taken out. There is a $100 fee if we have to sort your recycle. No plastic bags!

Great Home!

We had a great stay here ! There was an empty ice cream container found upstairs in the loft upon arrival but other than that the place was clean . It was listed in the description that there was a grill and we had brought filets to make on the grill, however there was not a grill. After checking with Marcel he was quick to respond and let me know that there is no longer a grill and he said he would have the listed updated. The location of the home is PERFECT and such a short walk to the boardwalk. We did not know and brought our own, but it is really nice that there is beach chairs, a wagon, and sand toys in the garage. The laundry on site is very convent as well ! The only thing I would change is it would be nice not to have to run out to grab hand soaps for all three bathrooms as we were not expecting that but overall it was a great stay.

I chaperone nine teenagers for a birthday weekend. The place was very clean, very spacious The location was great for us. The garage was giant could park two cars in it and still had room for plenty of beach, toys and chairs. Will definitely rent this place again

Well appointed and very clean condo with lots of space…. Great location, beautiful inside, easy communication with owner, really liked having a storage place in the garage that was secure, and plenty of storage. Fun on the boardwalk

This property is in a fantastic area of wildwood NJ. It is within a 2 minute walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and stores. The value is terrific because it the condo includes enough space for the children to run around and play in the living and dining room. My family and in laws had plenty of room to lounge, chat, and relax.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. We did not expect to walk up approximately 40 steps to get to the 2nd floor condo. It was a challenge not only for our 81 year old mother, but for the rest of the family. Also, the bunk bed mattress was not that comfortable. I think twin beds would have been better. Other than that, the unit was clean & very accommodating for 6 adults.

Memorial Day Weekend in Wildwood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marcel’s family condo. We were in town for the kite festival, the location was ideal, one block back from the action. Happy to find the DR table accommodated 8 easily as the pictures looked like it may only seat 4. Communication with the owner was top notch, very prompt with responses and addressed a couple minor issues that we encountered immediately. I would highly recommend renting from Marcel and would indeed stay here again myself.
